God or the Universe isn’t to blame for creating or allowing a negative experience into your life. And the Universe doesn’t help anyone defeat another. It is our thoughts that cause any ‘defeat’ in life. It always comes back to how you think and feel. The direction that your life takes is always up to you. Find the inner peace within you to ensure a life where ‘all is well.’ Align yourself with the good thoughts in your life. The Universe encourages everything that you do, and the Universe loves you no matter what your life is like. No one person is better than another.
We are all made from the same cloth. It is our unique thoughts that makes us different from one another. It is up to you to make the choice. Which way does your journey go and do you emit positive or negative vibrations along the way? Either way you learn through contrast and any way you take is a direction. Why not go in a positive direction?
What a pleasure it is to walk into the kitchen and see Dad’s face shining back. He is limping around with his walker…but he is home. Peanut is catching him up on all he missed around here and Mom is baking his favorite pie (pecan). He’s feeling pretty lucky and I’m feeling pretty lucky to have him here. Today we’re celebrating Dad’s life!

Do you make judgments about others because of what you seem to think is normal? Look at everyone as one in the same in the Universe. No one is better than another and no one is any more important. We all come in spirit with different sizes and life conditions but we are all just as important to this Universe. Who decided that normal was what society thinks? Just be the best ‘you’ that you can be. That is all that is required to live and create.
I’ll be working on personal and prescient consults today. I get in my quiet place in the house and relax my mind and then I get to tapping my computer keyboard and there you have it…consults finished! When I prepare for consults I stay at home to have the quiet. The studio is a busy place and it’s easier for me to have space to myself to focus. My quiet space has ‘see through’ doors overlooking the mountains. It gives me a sense of having the Universe to myself…seeing the beauty and feeling the stillness. A perfect place for connecting and consulting. 🙂
Do you make New Year resolutions? Lee and I talk about what we envision for the year and have an evening of visualizing. Most resolutions are made through resistance. It’s as if whatever it is that you want resolved is a struggle. See your New Year resolution as completed. Revel in the joy that you have already achieved it. Feel it and know that it is a part of your 2010. Don’t let anyone rain on your parade…just know and instead of being met with struggle you will be met with the dream you have envisioned. Here’s to 2010!
We’re having a meeting in the studio this morning on all the ideas and thoughts for the coming new year. We do this yearly and talk about our personal goals and our business goals. We have a wonderful time talking of the past year and then letting it all go to ring in the next year…2010 is going to be one incredible journey!
Keep this in mind as you go about intentionally creating. Abundance and love are already a part of your inner self. It is already there. And when you can tap into that part of you, and be conscious of it, and go about the day knowing these divine laws and living from within, you will find things will flow much easier. You can only have what you are conscious of. Are you conscious of abundance and joy or are you conscious of the lack of it? Start from within where your true conscious lies and you will begin to emit vibrations of unlimited abundance and joy…it’s already there…tap into it!
A nice quiet morning this morning. Everyone seems to be sleeping in. Just me and the silence…I love that sometimes, don’t you? I enjoy all the joyful noises of children running around and family talking and laughing but sometimes a nice quiet moment is wonderful. Just me and the Universe for a silent moment…amazing.
Did you know that when you say something about someone else or their life in a negative manner you are creating resistance in your own life? Let’s say you see someone spending money and living life in a way that you would never do it. You state either out loud or to yourself how horrible they are about spending money like they do. This thought and feeling will cause a resistance within your own self about having money come to you. You are building a vibration full of critical, negative thoughts of others and money and that is what is emitting from you into the Universe. The Universe picks up your vibration and begins to put things together for the same vibration to come back to you in some form. The more you criticize the more resistance you create within your own self and what comes into your own life. This goes for any kind of critical thought toward another. How about observing what someone does and let it go at that. Figure out what you would or wouldn’t do that they are doing and move on from there. No negative thoughts or feelings. This will create a flowing energy vibration of ‘allowing’ and it is another way to find the positive in life by not commenting on others’ behaviors.
We’re celebrating all through the weekend! Today is our oldest daughter’s birthday. We’re starting out with whole wheat pecan pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon then tonight will be her favorite…chicken and dumplings! This was the day that my first little girl was born. I can’t tell you the joy she brings to my life.
We knew she was special when a bat flew out of the room when she was born. hee hee

There is a vibration that sets within the higher consciousness. It is a vibration that has no ego. It is pure and full of unconditional love. When you are able to align with this vibration it is as if you are playing a perfect note. When you align with a lower vibration full of ego it isn’t possible to live unlimited. You stay within the limits of the vibrations of physical ego. The note you will be playing will attract all the other notes that sound the same. Are you humming the right tune? Are you vibrating at the same note as higher consciousness? Are you letting go of anything that isn’t genuine and seeing through the eyes of Universal love? Then you are playing the right note.
Today is full of errands and appointments. I think I’ll pick up pizza for dinner. That seems to be a good meal the day before Halloween. Halloween leads our family right into birthdays. We celebrate all through Thanksgiving. My oldest daughter was born the day after Halloween. I felt great the whole time I was taking my two boys (then 4 and 2) trick or treating and once I got them all into bed my labor pains started. She was born the following day, a whopping 9 lbs. 3 oz.! She is one of my best friends now. She’s such a joy.
God has nothing to do with lack. God is full of abundance. God, the Universe, has nothing to do with scarcity in our life. It is our own consciousness that creates the negative aspects in our life. Each and every thing in our outer physical world is only second to our inner eternal world of consciousness. It is our own attention that we place on scarcity and lack that change our physical world into a world of lack. Change your own belief of what you desire your life to be. Change your consciousness to reflect the Universe that is full of abundance and you will have just that.
Got back from Mom’s appointment kind of late. She is going to have to continue treatment for cancer so after we got the game plan the girls and I took her out to dinner and went shopping. Mom doesn’t shop too much these days but it was her first real trip out since surgery and she had so much fun. Her birthday is this Monday and we’ll be celebrating big this year. She always tells me not to buy her anything but lights up like a little girl when you give her a gift or two so this year we’re piling her with gifts…all the things a girl could want!
Today I’ll be back at RADIO LOA interviews and catching up a bit so guess it’s time to go get a cup of coffee and some oatmeal with raisins and pecans.
I wanted to send a thank you out to Deb. Thank you for your wonderful gifts that you sent Lee, Peanut, and I. The office was jealous! 🙂 Janet said, “What…no cookies for me?!” She tried to take the candy corn comedian that was meant for Peanut and Peanut said, “This is mine Janet but you can play with it if you want!” Such a nice surprise. 🙂
Do you ever get that feeling that things seem to be sitting still and not moving forward? Even though it may feel that way your life is always in constant motion. There is so much going on within the Universe and within your own life even when it feels as if nothing in your life is moving. The Universe is building that solid foundation you need in order to have the life you envision. During this time trust the Universe to be getting it all aligned just for you. You are building a storehouse of power at this time. See it and know, just know that everything is as it should be. Live each moment ‘in the now’ as if you feel movement has begun once again and then…it will show its face on the physical surface for you. Ask to see movement in your physical world and the Universe will provide you signs.
I’m up early this morning. I took advantage of the the fact I woke up early so I’ve gotten in some meditation time. There is nothing like meditating with the sound of steady rain in the background.
Today I’m taking Mom to the doctor and we’re going to be setting up the game plan now that the surgery is done. She’s in great spirits and is excited about getting out for the first time since surgery. It will be a nice day with the rain and spending the day with Mom.
Lee will be in the studio working with Jim. We had quite a few radio interviews lined up and they’re getting all the prep ready.

When you feel as if you just don’t know what direction to turn remember that your life is continually under construction. When you get all that you envisioned you will still be thinking of something else to create in your life. You will still be learning and understanding more about your own self and life in general. We are continual beings under construction. And don’t forget what comes about after being under construction… beautiful new path full of wonderful opportunities leading to yet another road to be constructed. What a Universe!
It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good to be home!!! I was able to bring Mom home and she is recovering from surgery which I am so grateful for. She had robotic surgery but they did have to go in and take out some lymph nodes. So what does this mean? This means the journey doesn’t end here. The surgery took over five hours but she came through with flying colors. All she could say was, “I want to go home!” We are waiting for the results to come back on the lymph nodes to find out how far the cancer has spread. We’re choosing to envision what is the best for Mom and we’ll know more in the middle of the week. She is in good spirits and happy to be home.
As she was being wheeled into surgery the nurse asked her if the ‘happy juice’ had affected her yet. Mom said, “I’m not sure. I don’t feel any different” even though she was definitely getting a bit ‘loopy.’ The nurse looked at her and said, “Well, your eyelids look like they are heavy lidded.” Mom then said,” Oh…I look like Marilyn Monroe? Where’s my blond wig?!” Mom had the nurses laughing all the way to the surgery room. That’s Mom…even in the toughest of times she’s making sure everyone else is laughing and feeling good. 🙂
Many people think that we are human beings living in a completely material world and classify and focus on the joys and pain of the material world. We are limiting ourselves with the thoughts of pain, decay, and poverty. Many compare their lives to those appearances of pain and identify and make a belief of imperfection and material issues. You do realize that the laws of our material world were made by human beings not by the laws of the Universe. Some of the material world laws work well but some don’t even make any sense and we ‘buy into’ whatever we decide is appropriate. But guess what…you don’t have to believe in all of it just because it seems to be real. What is real is what you focus on and even that is an illusion on this Earth. The real is the eternal you within who has unlimited thoughts and unconditional love. Focus on that. Focus on the eternal being within and listen to its voice. That voice will bring you a joyous, abundant, and calm life without the limited ‘eyes’ of the physical.
Thank you for all your well wishes and positive thoughts for Lee’s parents. They are doing fine and happy to be alive after the accident. They’re struggling a bit with the ‘mental’ end of an accident but they are physically doing well. 🙂
Our son is coming out to the house today. He had a couple of unexpected days off and decided to spend some time with his family. I’m heading off to the store to pick up his favorites and then will be back in the studio for some meetings on projects that we are working on. A nice morning with Lee and a cup of coffee. Now that makes me happy! 🙂

You are a valued person. You deserve the life you want. Your higher self already knows this. When you can connect to that self and know this from your heart, you are allowing your higher self to come through and guide your physical life. When you connect you will see how the physical and higher self balance each other in experiencing. You are looking for solution to a problem. You envision a solution yet you seem to complain about the problem and you make a point to say how the problem needs a solution. When you have a problem and you have asked the Universe for its solution, the Universe begins finding an alignment in the shape of a solution. So if you expect a solution focus that the problem is over and you have the solution. It is when you expect a solution and then continue to point out the problem that the Universe brings to you a mixed up version of problem and solution. When you think of the problem, stop and tell yourself, “What am I worrying about? The Universe is bringing the solution.” As you focus on the solution each time and let the Universe take care of how then…end of problem.
Today is a day that I am going to just sit back and relax. We’ve had quite a full week so today is about charging up my energy. 🙂 Think I’ll head up the hill and pick some blackberries and maybe sit with my headphones and meditate up there. I love Saturday…they just have a different feel to them than any other day of the week.
Society has taught us that there are only certain ways of attaining what we desire and in order to get the life we want we have to abide by those rules. “You have to work hard in order to get ahead,” “Money doesn’t grow on trees,” “You have to settle for the nine to five life, it is the only way.” These kinds of rules are simply not true. You have the ability to change the mental pattern of what you believe and when you change those mental patterns you will see change in your life. You can have the life you want, the relationship, the health, the career, the money all through ease and joy. Just know it and live the feeling and thought and it will come to you.
We had a wonderful visit with my cousin and her daughter yesterday. She’s the cousin that I would pal around with when we were eight years old. We were the only two girl cousins that were our age out of twelve cousins…lots of boys with cooties and they loved to scare us. We felt like it was us against the world back then. We would band together and become one force…we had such a load of fun as kids. Yesterday we reminisced about all the fun days we had. They left this morning and now the next round of nieces and cousins are coming in so I better get my walk in before they arrive.

The only limitations we have in life are those we set for ourselves. When you can remove your limiting beliefs you really can achieve anything. Anything is possible when you are able to lift the thoughts of limitations from your own belief system.
I’ll be working in the studio this morning and then taking Peanut to her art class. After that we’ll be off on errands in town. Dad and Mom will be staying here and ‘watching’ the garden. 🙂
The Universe takes care of how your dreams will come to you so do your best to be aware of the opportunities and never underestimate how it comes. Don’t underestimate the difference it can make to meet someone with a piece of your life’s puzzle even if you don’t see how they could be holding that piece. Anyone could be holding a piece of your life’s puzzle…anyone.
We’re heading out for one of our ‘intimate LOA gatherings’ today. It’s so much fun to see other people and how their own lives have changed because of intentional creating and positive thought. It is such a joy to do the work we do…I’m so grateful for that. 🙂
Every morning you have a choice. You can open your arms to the Universe allowing new people, new ideas, and new experiences to come into your life, and if the feeling is good, bring you closer to your life’s purpose and authentic self, or you can go through the days… asleep in life. Choose to wake up with open arms and an open heart.
I’m taking Mom and the girls into town today. Lee will be working in the studio getting paperwork together for the LOA and Positive Thought Retreat together and we prepare for more meetings. Mom doesn’t get out too much without Dad and she sometimes just needs to get away so we are her escape pod today. We’ll take her to J.C.Penney’s, Peanut to Build a Bear, and head to a few department stores to find Peanut a dress for her first Broadway play she will be going to. It will be a car full of estrogen! 🙂
Have you ever had that feeling that lies deep in your soul that tells you there’s an easier way? That there’s something you just haven’t figured out and once you do, everything that you have envisioned, will come into physically being? It’s true. There is an easier way. There always is. Focus on what is your end result of your goal and see it happen with ease. See ease and the Universe will bring you what you envision with ease.
I’m looking forward to celebrating Father’s Day with Dad and Lee. Both are wonderful dads and deserve the best!! Peanut bought them both a gift but she also made them a present as well. The home crafted gifts are the ones that everyone goes ‘gaga’ over. She has been pressing all different kinds of flowers but is keeping it secret what she is doing with them. What a thoughtful little soul!
There are many truths in the world. Some truth is right for one and some truth is right for another. How do you figure it out? By what makes you feel good and comfortable in your thoughts. If you feel uncomfortable and uneasy about a certain truth then maybe it isn’t for you. There is a contrast for every truth. So what truth do you decide to focus on? Do you focus on the truth of abundance or the truth of poverty? Do you focus on the truth of war or the truth of peace? Do you focus on the truth of another or the truth that you find on your own? Do what makes you feel the way you want your beliefs to be.
Thank you to all of you wishing Dad an eighty-first birthday yesterday. It brought his spirit up so much! He was just a bit melancholy yesterday because he has had many friends and family pass on this year so when his birthday rolled around there weren’t as many phone calls and birthday cards. I took all the well wishes to him from Facebook and our e-mails and printed them out to show him that there are people that are friends to him that he doesn’t even know…and it worked. He opened all his gifts and we gave him all the birthday comments. He read each one and then began to cry…it made him so happy to know that people reached out to him. Thank you for that everyone! He is now sitting in his garden with his new birthday statuary reading his new book with a smile on his face and in his step!
Doubt breeds fear. Anytime you have doubt you are beginning to create some kind of fear within. And fear creates mental and physical ‘freezing.’ You’re not able to move forward. Fear creates a paralysis within you. When you are visualizing and focusing on the life you desire you can’t have any mention of doubt. If you want a beautiful wonderful future you have to let go of fear. And when you have fear or doubt and you put a faith or a belief into the mix, self contradiction is then created within your own unconscious mind.
Yes it’s Sunday here in Oregon so you know what that means…big family breakfast and a lot of sitting around. 🙂 I can smell the bacon and biscuits wafting from the kitchen. I love the smell of bacon but I don’t eat it. I will have a biscuit with some marionberry jam though!

Peanut has finally broke out all her summer shorts and tank tops. It’s still a little chilly in the mornings but I think kids are immune to the chill. They run around outside, without a sweater, in freezing weather claiming “I am NOT cold! I am warm!” The funny thing is…I remember doing that as a kid and I really wasn’t cold! Peanut affirms it enough…the LOA must be working in her favor!
