Love people for who they are and not for who you want them to be.

There is no need to be conditional with love.  There is more than enough love to go around so unconditional love. Let go of the thought of judging another on how they are living their life.  They are doing their best even if you don’t see that it is their best.

Encourage them and love them for who they are.  Isn’t that how you want to be loved?

The answer will come my friend.  No need to push for it, no need to worry about it; the answer will come.  All you need to do is keep a strong focus on the thought that there is an answer and then be open to what comes into your life.

Do your best to eliminate the word ‘trying’ from your vocabulary.  Instead use the words ‘I am.’  Trying indicates that you may or may not be able to do what you are thinking but saying ‘I am doing it,’ creates a whole other positive vibration of manifestation.

The new year is always a time for new beginnings, possibilities, and opportunities.  Some think that a new year is just a passage of time and doesn’t necessarily mean a new start or a new beginning, but just because it is just a passage of time; doesn’t mean that is all there is.

When a new year rolls around, it is much like a new season coming about.  The old season leaves and the new season comes about.  From winter to spring, from summer to fall we know we can always count on that thought of the old in life falling away and the new coming once again.

A new year creates a overall consciousness of thought. New beginnings are thought of, new possibilities can come about,  and new opportunities can present themselves.  By thinking of the new year we think of new moments, new thoughts, and new possibilities.  The old year has left and the new is ready to be embraced.

So it isn’t just a passage of time.  The new year is a mass consciousness of wonderful things and experiences to come.

If you focus in on how negative you think the new year will be, then the negative will show itself.

If you focus in on how positive you think the new year will be, then the positive will show itself.

And if you focus in on the joy, the hope, and the inspiration of the new year, then your new year will become a part of a bigger consciousness and create yet more positive higher vibrations in your life.

Celebrate the new year with hope and inspiration in your heart.

What are you grateful for in your life?  Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, how about focusing on what you do have in your life right now?  The more you focus on what you love about life, the more life will bring to you that you love.

Focusing in on what you don’t want only brings more of what you don’t want. Each and every day, be conscious of what you are grateful for and what you appreciate.  It will make for a positive moment, day, and year.

There are times where life just seems like it is in high gear and isn’t feeling that it is slowing down any time soon.  And when we are in that busy mood, we are creating a busy vibration which unfolds more for us to have to rush around for.

It is possible to get it all done with a calm, go with the flow, kind of vibration.  You can get things done quickly without getting wound up, agitated, and feel that negative attitude.  You do this by first being conscious of the mind and body that is rushing around.  In other words, recognize you are rushing and feeling irritated. Then stop and take a deep breath in slowly, then in the slow exhale relax your shoulders and neck.  Find the calm within as you get things done.

You can enjoy the fun of things being excited, but just don’t step over into feeling overwhelmed with busy-ness.  Keep taking a breath in and slowly exhale as you keep your mind focused on what needs to be done.

Be conscious of your physical movement during this time. Our bodies can get tense and stressed when we are rushing around.  Remember to breathe, focus on your breath, and as you exhale, tell the mind to relax the shoulders and neck.  The more you communicate with your body to relax during a busy time, the less fatigued you will be when it is all done.

Enjoy yourself and know that all can be done just as quickly as you stay calm, de-stressed, and are conscious of where your mind goes and your body feels.

Life can sometimes take over and keep us so busy that we seem to not have time to remember to be conscious of our thoughts.

Take a moment to remind yourself what are priorities in your life.  Look at those priorities and see what seems the most important to you.  Add being conscious as your top priority as your thought is what creates all your moments and unfolds your future.

Do this for yourself.  Your life experiences will thank you!

Many times when we are going through a challenge, we feel like we are not going to get what we envisioned life to be.  It seems as if we have veered off the right track and life is taking steps backwards.  You may feel as if you are taking two steps forward and three steps back, but really you are only seeing a small part of the bigger picture that is your life.

If you could see the big picture, you would find that what you are experiencing is a part of getting you to where you want to be. You’re really not stepping backwards, you are being given a choice of where you take the challenge. If you trust and let it unfold as you create a positive vibration around the challenge, then those steps back will be steps forward.  If you trust that the Universe sees the big picture and knows the best way to get you to where you want to be, then you can just go along with what is happening and keep a positive mindset as you get through the experience.

Remember that you can only see just a small aspect of the bigger picture, but also remember that the big picture that the Universe sees is the big picture of what you envision life to be.  If you can keep a positive mindset, fine tune your thoughts and choices through that positive mindset, even in a negative or resistant feeling experience, then you will be going into the direction of the bigger picture.

Don’t give up my friend. The Universe has your back and knows the best way to get you to where you want to be. The experience you are having is a part of getting you there.  How you think, feel, and react through it all is the direction you will head to. Learn and grow through the experience and know that you are on the right path.

Thoughts create.

Life is always changing from moment to moment.

If you can’t change an experience then it is your personal attitude that will have to change and that experience that was unchangeable, will change.

These are just a few thoughts that are truth.  What you choose to think and feel about each moment is the direction your life is going to head.

You can choose to be upset in a less than positive experience or you can choose to do your best yet stay in a positive frame of mind while letting go of the negative thoughts and feelings.

What you choose is what will be created into your life.

You can’t get it wrong. You are here to experience life.  You are doing just that whether you are sitting on a couch or skydiving. How you experience is up to you but no matter what you are serving your purpose…you are experiencing life.

It can be easy to go about life and blame your surroundings for your negative thoughts. Maybe you don’t have enough money or maybe you don’t have the relationship you want so you create a negative vibration when thinking of not having enough. Each time you don’t have any money left over after you have paid the bills you get frustrated and upset with the thought of not having enough. This is creating a resistant feeling vibration which means you are actually pushing against the very thing that you truly want which in this case is abundance.

It is your choice how you feel and think in each experience you have. You can be surrounded by negative people and negative experiences but you still have a choice how you are going to perceive your life. Even if you are surrounded by experiences that create negative thoughts and feelings; you can change it. You can let go of the negative feeling within and shift your focus to what you can appreciate in the moment. If you can’t find something to feel good about then just know that there is some good in the experience even if you can’t see or feel it yet. You can choose to create a better feeling and higher vibration of positive thought through being conscious of what others are saying and doing. You can choose to detach from their negative thoughts and still handle the situation with a positive feeling and vibration.

If you feel you just can’t be positive then find the neutral ground within you instead. Find that feeling of balance within. The balance of the mind, body, and spirit. When you begin focusing on letting go, creating a balance within, and trusting that the negative will pass then you are no longer sending any negative vibrations out.

It doesn’t matter the experience; you can create a better outcome through your own thoughts and feelings. It just takes a little inner work and practice.

We all have those days where our mind and body seem to be on automatic. We go through the day doing the same things over and over again and before you know it, the day is done and you wonder where that day went.  Many people are on that particular wheel and can’t understand why life hasn’t changed. They focus upon how tedious and habitual life has gotten.  They don’t realize that they have a choice in how the day unfolds.

When you become conscious of what you are thinking and feeling in each moment of your day, you are living in ‘the now’ of the moment. You are realizing that this thought, this feeling, this idea, this reaction, are all creating a vibration that becomes your day. When you make a conscious choice to create a better feeling and a more positive thought about your daily experiences, then you are creating  more positive vibration that will go out into this Universe.  And the Universe will answer your call by sending you back a vibration that is exact to yours, in some way, shape, or form. This is happening all day long so why not be conscious of what you are thinking and take your thoughts and feelings to a higher positive vibrational level so that your experiences begin coming from that higher level of positive thought.

What did you focus on today?  Do you remember and did you inner work to take it to a more positive feeling and thought? Life becomes what you want when you begin to bring a ‘match’ vibration of what you desire. Are you doing the inner work to get to where you want to be?

step by step

You don’t have to be hard on yourself if you stumble in your life experience. Just remember how it felt so that the next time you trip up you can take a different path.

You see, each experience we have we can learn from and move on creating a whole other path or we can stumble again and again and not change the direction which will only make you stumble more.

Take those experiences that you stumbled over and see where you could have taken a higher more positive thought vibration.  Remember that feeling for when it revisits you. And next time you stumble you will remember that the path you have taken has many rocks to stumble over and to take a whole other direction in how you handle it.

How you handle it will create the experience to stay or help you to move past it and reach a higher vibration of thought and feeling that will take you on a whole different road.

Just dust off your pants and keep walking with a whistle and a step!

How often are you afraid of what ‘could be?’  Maybe you look to the future and fear what might happen or maybe you look to tomorrow and worry about something bad happening in your day. Truly think about how many times you fear or worry in the day about what is to come and then make a point to be conscious of that fear or worry so that you can begin to shift your thought elsewhere.

You see, if you stay in a state of worry and fear, then you are creating a vibration that will create more of the same in your life.  So what would happen if you just expected the best instead of the worst?  What would happen if you stayed conscious of each vibration of fear and worry and shifted your focus to what could happen that will be better than expected?

AND what would happen if you had a negative experience but still chose to recognize that it may just be an experience that was needed to get you to take a higher positive thought and feeling vibration thereby creating a positive vibration for your current experience and future?

What would happen if you just expected the best in any and all experiences no matter what they feel like and you just trust that your positivity and your positive focus will give the Universe a vibration that you want to come back into your life.

time to release

There is a way to bring in the new year and create the most positive of positive higher vibrations.

Instead of looking at the past year and seeing all that you didn’t get done or that felt negative; you can let the negative and upset thoughts and feelings go. You can look at the past year and see all that you had to appreciate, look at your past experiences and ask yourself what you may have learned from them, think of all that went well, and the memories that you truly want to cherish. If you lost someone then focus on all the wonderful time you had with them and take that into your heart.

Once you see how truly amazing your year was even with all that felt negative then you can now let go of the past and hold on to the good memories of that year.

Then look toward this new year. Think of all the possibilities and the joy that can come about. Keep your focus on what you intend to think and feel this new year and hold strong to that intention. In each experience of the new year embrace the experience no matter what and know that the experience is helping guide you to where you want to be…you just have to be the one to set the direction through your thoughts, feelings, and intentions.

And then…EMBRACE this amazing new year FULL of unlimited possibilities!

At this very moment, you are creating a vibration that heads out into this Universe. And that vibration is acknowledged by the Universe. And the more you focus on that vibration then the Universe sends it back to you in some way, shape, or form.

Each day do your best to be conscious of what you are vibrating out into this world. The more you create a focused vibration of what you want to feel and think, the more that focused intention will come back to you in some form. If you are having a great morning and then all of a sudden everything seems to go wrong and you feel and think about all that is wrong and multiply that focus, then that is the perfect time to be conscious of where your thought and feeling are directed. If you get upset, start to worry, and steer away from the great feeling in the morning, then you will be sending out a mixed bag of emotions and thoughts to the Universe. ‘Give me good and negative.’ That is what will come about.

But if you choose to deal with the ‘wrong’ as well as create a positive higher vibration at the same time, then your problem will begin to take a positive light. It will create an answer because you have done the inner work to let go of the negative and create a positive intention instead. The inner work is working on shifting your focus from the negative to the positive. Even if you don’t know what that positive could be in it all; just know that there is one and it will reveal itself in the right time.

The more you do this, the more you will have positive vibrations coming back to you.

Each vibration that you create in your day blends with all of your other vibrations. You are continually creating a vibration and that vibration is always in motion. You can change a day from negative to positive in just a moment.

All that it takes is you.

Many times when someone makes a New Year’s resolution, they list out all that they want to accomplish.  Maybe they have one major goal or many goals. For those goals to manifest, a feeling has to go along with that goal.  That feeling has to be stronger and more determined then your environment around you. That feeling has to be FULL of excitement, determination, hope, and dreams. That feeling has to know, without a doubt, that it can happen.

You see, anyone can make a New Year’s resolution but it takes someone focused to follow through with the New Year’s goal.

Are you focused? Are you ready for ideas to come to you in any way, shape, or form to help manifest that goal?  Are you creating the thoughts AND the feelings wanted and needed for that goal to go from the ‘invisible’ to the ‘visible?’ Are you trusting that the Universe is taking care of the how while you take care of the thought and feeling of it all?

Your feelings fuel the direction you go in life. So when making that New Year’s resolution ask yourself how you want to feel in that goal as well?  Focus on the thought and the feeling my friend. Stay focused…

This time of year is the perfect time to celebrate life and to reflect on what we have to appreciate from the past year. Whether it was a challenging year or a year full of dreams, you can truly look to the past to see all the lessons, insights, and inner growth that came about. Appreciating the challenging experiences helps to move on from them. And if you don’t know what there was to appreciate in the experience, just know that there was something within it for you.

Each experience we have has meaning. Each experience gives us a chance to take our life in a certain direction. And that direction is determined by your thoughts, feelings, and views on life. If you constantly are complaining, worrying, and fearing then that is the direction life will go with experiences full of things to complain about, worry about, and fear.

And if you constantly inner work toward creating a positive outlook on experiences, trusting that things are unfolding just as they should in the right time for your life, doing the inner work necessary to take a higher level of vibration road, then you will experience a life of trust, right timing, and higher positive vibration experiences.

Look toward the new year with a new pair of eyes. Seek and find what there is that is positive in every experience and person. Dwell on it and focus on it as you go through each moment of your day. If someone has upset you, take care of it in a kind and compassionate way but let go of the hurt feelings and thoughts that may be attached to the upset. Look at it from the perspective that another may not know that they are being hurtful. It may be their own hurt that they are projecting to you.

Reflect on the past without attaching to the emotion of the past. See what could be fine tuned from the experience and know that you had something to learn within the past that can help guide you to where you truly want to be today.

We have so many choices that can be made in life. Make choices that are based out of kindness, love, and compassion my friend. You deserve a loving, caring, and kind life.

Sometimes it can feel like everything just ‘hits’ all at once, doesn’t it? It makes you wonder how you’ll ever get through.  And you may wonder  why it has to happen.

This is the perfect time to do the inner work to shift your focus from focusing on the fear and worry to focusing on what is positive in it all. Sure, it can be challenging to find that positive when you have so much around that feels negative but the more you create an open positive vibration then the faster the experience will breeze on by. The experience may be just the experience needed to change a current repetitive thought pattern, let it go, and create a better feeling instead. It could be full of inner growth that will take you to a higher feeling thought vibration which is where you need to be for things to move forward. The experience may be just the thing that will put you in the direction you need to be in for the next best experience.

We always have a choice my friend. We always have a choice where our thought takes us. And what you choose will create a closed door and keep you in the same kind of experience. Or you can create an open door to walk through that will take you to where you want to be.

Think of all you have at this very moment and not about what you don’t have. Appreciate who is in your life right now and not focus on the people that upset you. Feel happy that you have that dollar in your pocket instead of worrying about what if your money doesn’t last in your future. Create and choose that thought and feeling ‘all is well and will be well.’ Create those open doors.
