Feeling out of sorts? Shift your focus to what makes you feel good.

Feeling negative?  Shift your focus to what makes you feel positive.

Feeling bad about yourself?  Shift your focus to what you love about you.

Feeling like others judge you?  Shift your focus to remembering that what another thinks of you is none of your business.

Feeling unloved? Shift your focus toward what you love in life that makes you feel good about yourself.

Feeling unappreciated? Shift your focus to what you appreciate that is in your life and include yourself in that appreciation.

As you can see, there is an answer for all that you may be feeling. If you are feeling good, then continue to feel good, but if you are feeling resistant to feeling good, then that is the time to shift focus and create a positive thought and feeling.
