Every day we have thoughts running around in our minds and everyday we have the chance to stay conscious of where our thoughts take our mind, feelings, and reactions.

It is up to you where your life heads.  It doesn’t depend on what another says or does, and it doesn’t matter if you are having experiences that feel less than positive.

What matters is how you handle each experience.  What matters is where the experience takes your thought. What matters is being conscious of where your experiences take your thought and adjusting your thought accordingly to reflect a positive higher feeling vibration.

It is your choice what kind of moments you have.  It begins and ends with where you take your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. Just because you might have an experience that is less than positive, it truly doesn’t mean you have to go down the negative feeling road. You can scream, yell, and cry to get it all of that negative out but, then you are left with yourself.  You get to choose where to take it during that cry and after.

Let yourself have the moment to cry but then release the upset and shift focus onto a better thought and feeling.
