How can you think positive when you feel life isn’t positive?  You begin with an appreciation thought.  Everyone has something to appreciate…everyone.  It can be as simple as your hair looks good today. Any kind of appreciative thought and feeling will create a vibration that will bring more for you to appreciate.

Make it a point to stay conscious of all that you may overlook in your life. From that morning english muffin to the car starting; you have much to appreciate.  Open up and see all that you have that you may take for granted.

Your alarm clock, the morning coffee, a smile from the person in the car next to you, green lights, and the list can go on and on.

Focus on appreciation today. It will lighten your mind and your heart.
