Changing your thoughts from an old thought pattern that is no longer working for you to a new positive thought pattern that you can embrace is a start.

Once you change your thought pattern then begin to work on viewing life differently than before. Maybe opening up your mind and seeing that everyone is just doing their best even if it doesn’t seem like the best. Changing how you feel about life.  Instead of looking at all that is wrong in our life you could look at all that is right in your life.

Next comes the changing of your reactions to life. Instead of complaining and whining about life, you could begin to seek out and appreciate what you do have in life.

Then it is time to take physical action by walking past closed doors without being upset and looking for all those open doors that will come your way.  If they haven’t yet, then have faith that they will come about when it is the best for your life.

Thoughts +feelings will send out a vibration that the Universe will answer back.  The more you do the inner work, the more you will find that the Universe brings experiences that will help you get to where you want to be.

Thoughts + feelings +reactions + mental and/or physical action = doing the inner work to take you to where you want to be.
