Someone cut you off in traffic…so what?

You missed getting the trash out to the trash man…so what?

You came skidding in a few minutes late from work…so what?

You see, in any situation we can change how we feel and think about the experience. Yes, you may have been late for work and you are sorry and told your boss just that so why let it ruin your whole day?  Why not just shift your focus to what is positive in the day?

Next time you have a moment that tries to take you down the negative road, just say ‘so what’ and then shift right back to a more positive thought and feeling. You’re not ignoring the situations because you are dealing with them but you are just dealing with them with a positive frame of mind.
