Take this moment to relax, take a deep breath in, and let go of any stress that may be in your shoulders and neck.  As you exhale, feel the stress just falling off of your body. Keep breathing in and exhaling with purpose.  Be conscious of each breath in and each breath out.  Take time to ‘just be.’

By taking just a moment to be conscious of your breath, you are rejuvenating and nurturing all of who you are from the body to the mind to the spirit. It creates clarity and higher levels of vibrations.
