Where you are today was created through your thoughts, your beliefs, your environment, your upbringing, society, your feelings, your reactions, and your focus. And each experience that you have had in life is a part of who you are right now. It is what you do with the thoughts of that experience that take you in a direction. If you look to your past and cringe then you are carrying those cringe worthy vibrations with you and they will become a part of your present and future. It is in the inner work of changing our repetitive patterns that will take us to where we want to be in life.

Every experience we have helps us to understand more about life.  And how we experience and what we think about that experience creates inner growth. Inner growth is a part of the life experience.  We can direct our lives and inner work toward where we want to be by looking within ourselves for patterns that we feel resistant within them. Maybe you have a past experience that still upsets you. That is the moment to begin the inner work to let go of the resistant feeling vibrations. So how do you let go of something that has been a part of your life for so long? You begin to look within the past experience and see what you may have learned of what you want to do or not to do. From that past you learned about a pattern you no longer want to have so you can smile, see what it did for you, and let go of the resistance now that you found within it what is helpful in life now. If you can’t find anything you have learned then just know that there is something within it and it will reveal itself in time. You can still let go and get back on track to creating appreciation of life and experiences.

Where you are today is where you are supposed to be. If you aren’t happy where you are then you can change out old patterns by letting them go and replacing them with better feeling and thought patterns. You could look at the positive in the day instead of all of what had gone wrong. You can take care of a less than positive experience yet still keep a strong focus on what there is to appreciate in the day. You can take a bad feeling day and turn it around beginning with just a thought.

It is your choice my friend. It always has been and always will be.
