We all have those experiences. You know the ones that you just really don’t want to experience but you have to?  Maybe you have to have a family meeting about a family member or maybe you have a meeting you just don’t want to attend but have to. So how do you get through it with a positive state of mind?

You begin by accepting that you have to do what you don’t want to do. You accept that it is going to happen and then you relax ‘into’ the experience instead of creating a resistant vibration. You let go of the feeling that you don’t want to be there and you accept that you have to be there. Once you let go of the need to ‘fight against’ doing what you don’t want to do, then you can begin to embrace each moment and live in the now of the moment. You can create appreciation for why you are having the experience and you can create positive vibrations toward the experience itself by embracing what is being said and done.

Before you know it the experience will be finished and you will have grown beyond the resistant vibration just by relaxing into and accepting the lessons and understanding within the experience.
