We can truly get ahead of ourselves and think and focus on the things that truly don’t matter when it comes to our day. And then as we think beyond the moment we create a vibration other than appreciating the moment that we are in.

How about stopping for just a moment and remember to be conscious of creating a positive vibration? How about we adjust our sails and put them in a positive feeling direction instead of letting the day ‘take hold’ and put us in a state of busy and moving too fast and create distractions? How about taking a deep breath, relaxing into the current experience, and appreciating life in that moment?
