step by step

One small step each day.  That is all it takes to begin getting to where you want to be in your life experience.

You see, you don’t have to take big steps because every step, whether it is big or small, is a step. And each step brings you closer to where you want to be.

There are mental steps and there are physical action steps; both are just as important to getting to where you want to be. Embrace and enjoy each moment of your day but at the same time do your best to focus on knowing that whatever you do, say, and be in a day creates more of the same. And by changing old mental or physical habits to a better feeling ‘habit’ for yourself, then you are saying to the Universe that you want a positive change, you want to feel happier, and you want to live life in the way that you dream.

Every step from your thought to your action…matters. Take a small step today and then another and another and before you know it…you’ll be living that dream.
