Do you get in a mood when you do too much? You know the mood I’m thinking of, right; irritable, talking clippy, and acting out in a way that is mean spirited?
When this happens what we really want, deep down, is to feel better. To relax and just be loved and understood.
When we get in one of those moods it is a warning to ourselves to notice what we become in those moments and do our best to take a moment to relax and ‘be.’ Maybe eat a little something or take a five minute break so that we get back into a balanced thought and feeling.
The intention truly isn’t to be mad and irritated, is it? So how about we nip it in the bud before it comes upon us? Take a moment for yourself to just be and balance.
