We have a choice in every experience. We have a choice whether we get upset or angry. You might think that you don’t have a choice. You may think, Easy for her to say. This experience makes me feel awful and scared.

Guess what? You still have a choice in it all. You can inner work through the experience to get to a better feeling place. You can let go of what you think is the way it should happen and just let it happen. You can let go of the pent up feelings and thoughts and find that center within you that is calm and steady.

When you are able to accept the experience, then the experience will begin to take on a different light and when it takes on a different light then the experience changes.

Many times it isn’t the experience that is keeping you in ‘a rut’ but your attitude that has you in that ‘stuck’ feeling.
