When you keep your thoughts in the past, you are going to have a hard time moving forward in life. The past is gone and you can look to the past to see what lessons you have learned but remember that it is the past. When you resent others, blame others, think that others will never change, or think that you can never change then you begin to stand still.

The inner self wants to grow, expand, and understand new thoughts and experiences but when we deny it we become ‘stuck’ in a certain way of living and we become agitated and upset knowing that there is more for us to do. But if we embrace change, let go of the past, enjoy the present, and look forward to the future then we are moving at a great pace for the inner self.

Isn’t it time to get those higher positive thought vibrations in gear and let go of the past?
