Today take a look at your intentions in life. Recognize the power you have in your intentions and your choices. Think about some of the choices you may have made in your past. Were your choices always the best or were there a few you would have liked to change?

Start with today…this moment. The past is gone but the lessons and the thoughts of the past can be learned from. Ask yourself if you are happy with your choices of the present.  If you are then affirm them and feel the joy within your choice. If not then…change your intention and choices.  Focus on what you want in the end result and then act accordingly.

Mentally make the choice and see how it feels to you. Affirm mentally that it is your intention and then act upon it. If you mentally make the choice and it feels somehow wrong then you can always create a better choice.
