We all make choices. Take a moment to think about choices you have made in the past. Were those choices wise and did you feel good about them? If you did then affirm your positive choices. If you feel bad about past choices then you can learn from them and know that you can make a new choice in the present.
Ask yourself what you have learned from your past choices and then move on from them. Next time you have an experience that is similar to your past you can now make a new choice based on what you learned.
Remember: Look at the past with detachment from your emotions and see the bigger picture of what you may have learned from that experience. Then take the lesson with you but leave the past where it belongs…in the past. Move on to a more positive state of mind and heart and let go of the resistant feeling vibrations. You can forgive the past and step into a better feeling place.
