There are some days where we just feel as if we have been run ragged. It’s as if everything is calling our name at once and we can’t seem to catch up. We get agitated and can’t seem to keep from pushing. This is the perfect time to stand down, relax, close your eyes and just breathe. When we get all in a tizzy it is the perfect time to relax and just ‘be’ for a few minutes. The calm will help you to look inside yourself and give you new strength and determination.
