When we can’t move on from blame, being hurt, or anger, we are the ones that will suffer unless we are able to step aside from the negative thought and move beyond the vibration. Negative feelings and thoughts can be useful. They can propel you to another place in life, a good place, as long as you don’t replay the feelings over and over again.
How about moving beyond and letting go of the weight that is on your shoulders? Blaming, hurt, and anger can weigh you down. How about moving on and lightening your load? You’ll be making more room for the positive.
