Being able to forgive is a choice. It’s a choice to step aside from resentment and blame and move on.  When you forgive you detach yourself from feelings and thoughts that are attached to the person or experience of who may have hurt you. When you choose to forgive, you are not saying the action isn’t the responsibility of the other person. What you are doing is freeing yourself from your own negative thoughts and feelings.

It will be like having a weight lifted off your shoulders  creating more room for positive loving experiences. Doesn’t that sound positively positive to you? Go ahead…move beyond.
