As you go about your day take note of thoughts you have concerning events that you do not wish to happen. Then shift your focus to a better feeling. You can’t expect to go from a negative thought and feeling to an instant positive thought and feeling. You can build, ever so slightly, better feeling thoughts in steps and before you know it you will be on the track to positive thinking.

Lee and I are spending the morning with family.  We’re having a nice breakfast together and then we all sit around the dining table and read the Sunday newspaper.  Each of us takes a section and then pass it around as we finish.  Peanut usually has the comics first then hands them to Lee.  Dad takes the front page while Mom has the ads.  We all discuss the world and family.  Once the paper has been read by all we clean up the dishes and continue our day.  What a nice way to spend each Sunday morning.  Breakfast, the paper, laughs, and family.

The fear of failure and success seem to be two of the hardest emotions for people to get beyond. As humans we seem to do our best to avoid anything that we fear.  Fear is responsible for many projects not getting done or certain ideas coming to fruition.  We use diversions or excuses, we create a chaotic atmosphere, or maybe even an emergency to avoid fear or negative feelings. The best thing you can do in this instance is to realize that you have these feelings and then see what you can do to get out of  your own way of blocking success or happiness. Then make a conscious decision to change that feeling and thought within you.

Peanut and I are making brownies.  She has friends coming over today.  I’m going to be writing and Lee, Jim, and Scotty are going to a train show.  Then we’ll all meet up and have dinner.  Sounds like a good day to create!

We were born into this world with divine laws and as we grow and become a part of this physical world we begin to adapt to the laws of physical mankind.  This doesn’t necessarily mean that the manmade laws are the ones that we should look to.  I’m not talking about moral laws that we have here on Earth to keep people from hurting one another.  I’m talking about the manmade mental laws that seem to be born into families or society.  The mental law that lack must exist, the mental law that life has to be hard, the mental law that you have to live your past over and over again.  These are laws that we can all do without. How about living from the divine laws you were born with?  The divine law of abundance, the divine law of ease, and the divine law of forgiveness. These laws can free your mind and your life to be what you want it to be.  You have the divine right to have the life you desire and your thoughts and feelings take you in the direction by focusing.  Start with the divine law of abundance.  It is your divine right to have all that you desire and when you focus knowing that you are meant to have abundance in every area of your life you will have it.  Live by the divine laws and not the manmade illusions of lack and struggle.

We are having quite a storm.  Blustery wind, pouring rain, and just an all around ‘fall’ feeling storm. 

I’m out and about with Lee.  We have an LOA Intimate Gathering this morning so my honey and I will be having a wonderful day together.  Mom’s appointment this week has been changed but as always it was perfect timing for us.  I love giving something over to the Universe and it brings back ease just as I envisioned.   So off I go to get a cup of coffee and have a fun day.

Everything you see is an illusion.  It is a picture that you have created within the mind and drawn it to yourself.  What isn’t the illusion is your eternal self.  That is where the Universal Truth is.  Where can you find the eternal self?  It lies within your intuition.  The opposite of illusion is your intuition. No matter what the mind may say to you what does your intuition say?  That is where you will find the answers of what you are seeking.

Don’t you love instant manifestation?  When you think of something in the morning and put it out to the Universe and then BOOM it’s right in front of your nose?  Yesterday Mom was talking about how worried she was about their steps coming into the house.  They have their own private entrance but the steps can get icy as it gets colder.  She was worried Dad would slip and fall.  So yesterday while she was in the doctor’s office I began visualizing a ten foot mat like ’something’ that we could use for her stairs.  They aren’t something you can find easily when you’re in town.  Something long and sturdy that will stay in place.  We left the doctor’s office and went to drive home.  There was one of those little side stands with rugs and such on the side of the road.  Usually we take a different road but we decided on a change of scenery and then came the BOOM.  Big sign ‘ten foot ice carpet, easily install, good year after year.’  I pulled over, bought four of them, and placed them in Mom’s lap.  She smiled and said, “I got some more requests if you have the time?!” 

What if there was no kind of competition in your life or strain and it was just all around ease?  What if there was an abundance in every area of your physical life?  What if money was freely flowing and there was no kind of struggle?  What if abundance was a natural part of being?  What if we could live life with ease and still learn and experience?  What if you lived your physical life through your eternal self?  What if ego was replaced with divine consciousness and everything just flowed nice and easy?  This is all unlimited thought and it is all possible.  Focus on the joy of it all.

Do you remember when you were a child and you had the paint by numbers kit?  You got a piece of poster board with a black and white image on it with numbers for the colors for you to fill in. The image is there but you must fill in all the colors and textures one at a time and then…voila!  You had a finished painting.  See the sketch of what you visualize in your life, enjoy the process as you paint in each number (the details), and you will have a completed painting one step at a time.  The painting is already there…you just have to fill in the colors.

We had a wonderful extended weekend with Halloween and all the birthday parties.  Now what to do with all the leftovers of cake, enchiladas, and chicken and dumplings…I’ll take it to the studio.  I’m sure they will be welcome there. 

One of my siblings called last night.  We were on the phone for an hour.  I listened as they vented about how everything was going wrong in their life.  Someone’s car broke down, the doctor forgot their MRI, how miserable life is, a friend called but they missed the call…it went on and on as I listened.  They were completely getting wrapped up, not only in their problems, but the problems of others.  I could see the vibrations swirling around them.  I could see all the drama vibrations as they talked and talked.  I never said a word, just listened without attachment.  When they went to take a breath I said, “Loving that drama, aren’t you?”  They were silent.

“Life isn’t going to change unless you make an effort…you.  You have to change your reaction within to others.  You have to see a joyous life.  You have to shift your focus to what is positive in your life.  It doesn’t matter about all the outside forces.  You have the power to change it all…even the drama.”

They said, “I’m really a positive person you know.”

“Then prove it,” I said.  “Tell me something good.”

“Oh,” they said.  “I have a call waiting.  Good to talk to you!  Love you lots.”

And they hung up.  So I shook myself off after the negative thoughts swirled and chose the positive.

“I love my sibling.  Thanks Universe for showing me so many things to experience through them and of giving me a chance to use my tools of changing my focus.”

I went back to the birthday party and enjoyed Mom, Dad, Lee, Peanut, and everyone there.  Shifted my focus.  What a great feeling!

Life being an illusion can be pretty hard to swallow.  Here you are living a physical life and everything seems very real, doesn’t it?  Physical life is a creation of shared consciousness which is always a reflection of what we think. Physical life is an image produced by the mind and that is why we believe it is illusional.  The true self within is the true reality and we create through this incredible self.  We create whatever illusions of physical life we focus on. When you focus on unlimited, well being, peace, and joy you are expanding your consciousness of your true self, the real reality.  By focusing on the truth of who you really are you will begin to see the illusion you have been creating and by staying focused and contemplating this being within you will begin dissolving the illusional thoughts of lack and struggles.  Connecting within is your best way to truly see this life here.  It will make it a much easier path in this physical life.

It’s Mom’s birthday today!  She’s seventy eight years young!  Happy birthday Mom!  I’m cooking up her favorite tonight…enchiladas and pecan torte.  We’re going to spoil her all day long.

Lee and I are in editing mode this morning and then the festivities will begin.

Did you know that when you say something about someone else or their life in a negative manner you are creating resistance in your own life?  Let’s say you see someone spending money and living life in a way that you would never do it.  You state either out loud or to yourself how horrible they are about spending money like they do.  This thought and feeling will cause a resistance within your own self about having money come to you.  You are building a vibration full of critical, negative thoughts of others and money and that is what is emitting from you into the Universe.  The Universe picks up your vibration and begins to put things together for the same vibration to come back to you in some form.  The more you criticize the more resistance you create within your own self and what comes into your own life. This goes for any kind of critical thought toward another.  How about observing what someone does and let it go at that.  Figure out what you would or wouldn’t do that they are doing and move on from there.  No negative thoughts or feelings.  This will create a flowing energy vibration of ‘allowing’ and it is another way to find the positive in life by not commenting on others’ behaviors.

We’re celebrating all through the weekend!  Today is our oldest daughter’s birthday.  We’re starting out with whole wheat pecan pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon then tonight will be her favorite…chicken and dumplings!  This was the day that my first little girl was born.  I can’t tell you the joy she brings to my life.

We knew she was special when a bat flew out of the room when she was born.  hee hee

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to think positive.  Everything that you think turns into a vibration and whatever kind of attention you put to something you begin to live the vibrations of what you think.  When you take your focus and do your best to see the positive in people or situations, even when they seem negative, you are putting attention to the positive.  You are shifting your focus to finding the positive and making the positive the center of attention in your life. Those vibrations will create more of the same for you.  Positive, positive, positive, think it, live it, find it, feel it!

Getting ready for birthdays and Halloween!  A weekend of fun and celebration.  The ice cream cake is ready and now I’ll be working on a pecan torte for Mom.  Peanut keeps putting on her costume and taking it off.  She’s excited to head out to trick or treat later.  She has now bumped up her costume to a renaissance, warrior, vampire costume.  Should be interesting.  I’ll take pics and post them.

There is a vibration that sets within the higher consciousness.  It is a vibration that has no ego.  It is pure and full of unconditional love. When you are able to align with this vibration it is as if you are playing a perfect note.  When you align with a lower vibration full of ego it isn’t possible to live unlimited.  You stay within the limits of the vibrations of physical ego.  The note you will be playing will attract all the other notes that sound the same.  Are you humming the right tune?  Are you vibrating at the same note as higher consciousness?  Are you letting go of anything that isn’t genuine and seeing through the eyes of Universal love?  Then you are playing the right note.

Today is full of errands and appointments.  I think I’ll pick up pizza for dinner.  That seems to be a good meal the day before Halloween.  Halloween leads our family right into birthdays.  We celebrate all through Thanksgiving.  My oldest daughter was born the day after Halloween.  I felt great the whole time I was taking my two boys (then 4 and 2) trick or treating and once I got them all into bed my labor pains started.  She was born the following day, a whopping 9 lbs. 3 oz.!  She is one of my best friends now.  She’s such a joy.
