The other day, Peanut and I were talking about the purpose of wasps. She said, “I get the food chain, I get prey and predator, I get the purpose of each animal and their life but I don’t get a wasp. I think they’re just mean. What could their purpose even be? Is it to be mean?”
We had a good laugh. I explained to her that we don’t always know the purpose of another but every life has purpose, even if they make choices that are just out right mean. We can learn from the ‘mean’ in life. We learn how not to be, we learn about how to step away, we learn that we don’t have to be a part of it if we choose. It’s important to keep an open mind when it comes to others. Sure, there are stinkers out there but we can choose whether to let their vibration affect us. We can rise above the ‘stinker vibration’ and reach a level of acceptance and unconditional love creating an even stronger positive vibration for our life. Each day keep an open mind and heart so that you can learn new lessons that come your way within an experience. Your lessons in life may help another that may have the same experience as you but can’t quite figure how to get past it. Your experience and lesson could help another with an easier transition.
Keep in mind to create happiness around you. If ever you feel that your intentions are not coming from an open mind and heart then action shouldn’t be taken. Always come from an open heart and mind and creating kindness and happiness to those (and yourself) around.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are so much more than our body. We are truly an infinite powerful being living in a temporary vessel to experience through. We don’t have to idolize our bodies or material things. We’d be missing the whole point. When we focus too much on the material and physical in this life we are shrinking away from who we truly are. We are taking power away from what we truly came here to experience. All that is around us helps us to open up and grow a little more from within. It’s nice to have material things and enjoy them and it’s nice to have a body that works well. It’s important to respect and be grateful for your body and take care of it but it isn’t the end all be all. It is your vessel just like material things are vessels to enjoy and learn from.
Let’s remember that the physical things are tools to the work we are doing here in this life experience.

There’s a point where you just have to accept yourself for who you are without any judgments. You don’t have to hide behind a mask of who you think you should be, you don’t have to be perfect according to some ideal that you have or that another has, you don’t have to keep secret who you truly are, or even reject a part of who you are.
You are a person of worth just as you are. Just ‘be’ you my friend.
When you resist the feelings that bubble up inside you, you’re letting your feelings and thoughts get the best of you. They’ll end up ruling your day and even your mind. There’s nothing wrong with having feelings my friend. And there is nothing wrong with expressing them. When you stop the flow of an emotion it wells up ‘within’ you keeping it trapped and you feel agitated, upset, and frustrated. Let your feelings free but in a healthy way. Set them free through talking it out, exercise, or whatever works for you. Just don’t take them out on someone. Get those feelings out in the most productive way possible and then go with the flow from there. Then, when you are in a better feeling space, you can understand and grow from the experience from ‘within’ and take it from there.
You are here to understand, learn, and grow through your life experience. Know that mistakes are just a part of being human. And… are they really mistakes? At the time, you feel it was the best way to handle life but then you realize that maybe it wasn’t down the road. Think about where that ‘mistake’ took you. Think of all that you learned through the experience. When you use the knowledge of what you have learned then it was no longer a mistake. It was just another road that was needed to get you to where you are right now.
Forgive yourself of your past mistakes and move on. They are just a part of your journey my friend.
How about you go about your day with an open heart and mind? Be open to every experience that comes your way. Live each experience in the moment of now. Trust the day to unfold as it should. Don’t second guess any part of your day. There’s nothing to be afraid of. When we hang on to resistance in the form of fear or trepidation it only weighs on your shoulders and weighs you down.
Step into your experiences with an open heart and mind and live them with a glad heart. No resistance is necessary. You can go about the day and deal with what needs to be dealt with but release any fear or worry of what ‘could be.’ You can change that ‘could be’ through your positive thoughts and feelings. Instead of going about the day worrying about any and every thing, you can go about your day assuming the best and most positive outcome. And if a negative experience rears its head then do what you can to relieve it but then let it go. Don’t let the thoughts of the negative experience take over your day.
Get back up, brush yourself off, and let go creating a more positive vibration which, in turn, creates a more positive life experience.
Did you know that the feelings of lack can come in many forms and that those feelings and thoughts can create limits to the very thing that you want in your life?
Many create limits in their lives. They set limits on what they can or can’t have. Those limits create feelings and thoughts of lack. When we tell ourselves that we can or can’t have something specific; a relationship, money, happiness we are creating limits.
How about today you give yourself permission to have what you want? You don’t have to over analyze it, you don’t have to tell yourself that you can’t, you don’t have to tell yourself anything but, “I am worthy of what it is that I want in my life.”
It’s true, you know…you deserve and are worthy of everything your heart desires.
We sure can get preoccupied by thought, can’t we? We can have that same repetitive thought going through our minds over and over again and it can get us to feeling down. Do your best not to let your preoccupied thought bring you down. Do something about it. Take action if it is something that you can do something about but don’t let it take over your every moment. Life is too short to be preoccupied by one certain thought. Do something, whether it is something you can act upon or something you can do ‘within,’ and then let it go…
I love the Spring. I love seeing the new growth peeking out from under the ground. Every year the growth knows exactly when to pop up and show us its beauty. Spring offers the thought of new beginnings and renewal, doesn’t it? Just like life. We plant inner seeds of thought. As we nurture and water those thoughts they pop their tiny heads out of the ground and begin to show themselves through manifestation. As we keep nurturing our thoughts whether that are positive we create a beautiful ‘bloom’ that manifests into life.
How about planting some seed from within so that they sprout big and beautiful into your physical life? As we inner work toward creating a positive joy filled life we create these amazing experiences for our life that are full of beginnings, renewal, and beauty. Nurture your inner thoughts today. Make sure to give your inner growth a lot of attention so that you create a beautiful flower bud that opens up into full bloom just in the time it should.
I had a phone counsel that got me to thinking. The caller was afraid of making a decision because she might fail. She was worried and afraid of what was going to happen. She said she felt stuck. I asked, ” What is the worst thing that could happen if you move forward? What you choose is the right decision as of the moment. If you decide to change your mind later because it isn’t working out then you can. That’s what is wonderful about being human, we get to choose.”
This is the thing…you have the right to make mistakes, to be heard, to be listened to, to find your place in the sun, to enjoy life, to be positive in the mists of what seems negative, to be individual, to have your own thoughts and ideas, to make a choice and then change your mind, to laugh, to cry, to live up to your own standards…to live your life.
What would you think if I told you that today you can be whatever and whoever you want? You don’t have to worry about anyone else and what they think or do. You can be you.
How about it? How about shedding what others think and be the best you can be without comparing yourself to others? What if it is okay to make a mistake? What if it is okay to change your mind? Guess what, IT IS!!
It’s your right as a physical being. Why do you think you were given a mind to think through, a heart to experience through, and an unlimited spirit that is you and only you?
This morning I went outside and saw the most beautiful blooms. It was a pansy. The dark purple blossoms were like velvet. I could smell the season of Spring coming off of it. I found myself getting lost in the moment. As if it was just me and all my senses with this one small bloom. I was truly looking and experiencing this flower. This brought my awareness to living in the present. I wasn’t focusing on my past or my future but just that moment. In that moment all was well. Everything felt right. Everything was right.
When living in the present with a grateful heart and the wonder of life, you are creating a future of things and people you are truly grateful for in your life. Your present vibrations create your future. How about enjoying and living ‘in the now’ instead of the ‘what ifs’ of the future or the vibrations of the past?
Living in the present is the best way to live our lives. The past is gone, the future has yet to be but you have this moment. This moment to create joy. This moment to live life fully. This moment…to love and accept.
All is well my friend.
Today I’m going to look through the eyes of everything is beautiful; the trees, the spring blooms, the smile another gives, spontaneous laughter, the experiences that seem less than positive, the grumpy cashier…everything. Those less than positive experiences propel you into a place that is better for your life in some way. They give you a chance to ‘rise to the occasion’ so that you can reach yet another higher vibration of positivity. They create growth and understanding…that is beautiful.
You see, there truly is beauty in everything and everyone. Just because your eyes can’t see it doesn’t mean that it isn’t there. But when you truly look through your ‘inner eyes’ you will find that life is truly beautiful and you are a part of that beauty.
Whether you can see it or not you are a beautiful being experiencing life. Everyone and everything is beautiful in its own way. Keep it in mind today when you experience your day. Open your heart and mind to beauty and life will return to you full of beautiful amazing TRUE beauty.
The other day I was talking with someone that felt that my daughter going to another country for a week was a bad idea. “Why is she going all the way there to see him? She’ll see him in just a few months when he gets back. I think it’s better for her to stay. I don’t think it is a good idea at all.”
Yet looking at my daughter and her determination, her feelings of first love, the thought of going to a new country for the first time, and everything else involved…it is her choice. I had talked it over with her. I looked through her eyes, she looked through mine, and then we accepted each other and our thoughts…together. I’ve found that it is better to let her live her life, make choices with some thoughts that make sense to her, support her, and be there if she needs anything. How about just loving her and if she asks for advice then give it but still love her and not be upset because she may not have taken the advice? Isn’t it better to love and accept than push someone away?
She’ll be gaining experience the best way that she knows how. She will learn and grow from her experiences just like all of us do but she is going to do it her way as it should be.
Acceptance, choices, and love…that is all that is required.
Everyday when I open up my laptop and scan what is happening in the world, every story seems to tell me how limited the physical world is. We’re told all the ‘no, no, no’ of everything happening around us. We’re told what is normal. We’re told how to look, how to dress, how to act, and how to think. Once I’ve scanned the world news I then send whatever I can in positive thoughts and feelings to all involved and then I let go of what I’m being told and get back to the unlimited being that I truly am. It feels a lot better than what I’m being shown through the eyes of others.
It seems as if most things in this physical world tell us how limited we are. It’s as if we are being told that we are limited in how we create a happy fulfilling life and that there is no way out of where you are today because someone or something is controlling your future. It simply isn’t true. You are an amazing one hundred and ten percent unlimited being having a physical experience. Live your life through the eyes of the unlimited being that you truly are. As you open your mind and heart to the unlimited you will be creating vibrations that will bring you unlimited possibilities in any experience.
I love having a purpose in life that I am passionate about. I keep my focus and work toward getting it accomplished. My end goal doesn’t include thoughts of ‘what will others think’ or ‘is this going to look right to everyone around me.’ I just make sure my purpose fulfills my heart. Will my purpose make me feel positive and happy and even help others through it all? I know that anything I do from my heart and not being concerned about what others are going to think or do, means that it is coming from my true self. When we envision a goal and our goal includes wanting to some how ‘one up’ another person or persons, we are coming from the fear based ego who doesn’t feel good enough and has to be ‘the big it’ in it all.
You don’t have to be doing something in order to be someone. You don’t have to be the most important, the most successful, or the most accomplished. Being happy doesn’t mean that there is anything that you have to do or accomplish just to be happy. It’s important to ‘be’ and not necessarily have to ‘do.’
Did you know that ‘being’ is important all by itself? The only thing that you have to do is ‘be.’ Recognize ‘being’ and experience it. Find out who you truly are and not act a certain way so that you are everything others expect you to be. You don’t have to do a certain amount of actions because you want appreciation or love. When you just ‘be,’ things will unfold just as they should and bring others to you who appreciate you for who you are and not what others who think you should be a certain way.

Do you know that I get emails from people that question my positivity? They say, “There is no way possible you could be THAT positive on a daily basis. C’mon!” So how do I react to such a thought? I used to be that person asking that question so I understand where they are coming from. They are coming from a place where they personally can’t seem to find the positive in every day. They feel that it is their right to be angry and frustrated with the world and themselves. They try a day or two of being positive and thinks it’s ‘too hard’ in the world today. Bah humbug!
Yes, I have my days where I feel less positive than others but I don’t sit and bemoan what life has given me. I don’t dwell on the negative that seems to pop up out of nowhere. I turn the negative into a positive within my mind and heart and move forward. I know dwelling on the negative only gives me more of the same. It is my purpose in my life to seek out the joy, the positive, the laughter, the experiences that come from ‘within’ instead of the seemingly permanent physical experiences. And if I can’t find the positive I just know that there is one and it will reveal itself.
Do I ever worry? Am I human? hee hee If my mind goes to the old way of thought and begins worrying I catch myself as soon as I realize and shift my focus. I don’t ignore what needs to be taken care of. I deal with everything that comes into my life experience but as I take care of what is happening I do so with a glad heart. Life is an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and understand more about the self and love. You can have a calm and peaceful life.
Having a calm peaceful fulfilling life doesn’t mean that you won’t have troubles or problems in life. You can have peace in any experience when in the midst of it all, you remain calm and balanced. As you remain calm you create a vibration of balance and peace and that is what will help you to get through some of the lessons of life.
Oh, that ego. The ego mind can tap, tap, tap at your mind and want you to compare yourself to others. It tells us that if we don’t become number one that we have somehow failed. Ego is one of our valuable ongoing lessons in this physical world. It tries to tell us that we will be so much more if we accomplish, succeed, and compete. It tries to tell us that we have to be a certain way in order to be worth something.
But ego… is afraid. It is afraid that you may set it aside and remember that all you are is enough. It fears that you will live from the inside out instead of from the outside in.
Know that ego is a part of our human experience. It teaches us through its fear of not being good enough and not having enough. It teaches us to go within and connect to the Universe to find that we are loved and are enough just as we are. We can take the ego bull by the horns though. We can let it know that we can live without all the drama. We can use the healthy ego for confidence and self worth but the shallow ego that thinks it is the most important can stay out of the picture.
You are enough my friend.
I’ve often thought how miraculous life is; the birth of life, the sequence of how things unfold ‘just right,’ someone ‘out of the blue’ has an answer, abundance seems to fall from the sky. It’s as if the planets ‘align’ and the moment is birthed into a miracle. It can happen everyday my friend. Everyday miracles show themselves. We just need to be aware and really think about what we call a miracle.
Everyday there are miracles happening. They happen in your life and around your life. You are surrounded by miracles. It isn’t that miracles are absent from life, it is that many times we are absent from the thought of miracles. When you are able to realize that everything in life is truly a miracle then what you deem miraculous will begin to show in your everyday life. You’ll experience miracle after miracle of the small kind and the big kind…not that there is any difference between the two. It is all in how you look at it. When we accept that the big and the small are just as feasible then our mind accepts that thought then we open ourselves up to ‘miracles never cease’ and we experience just that.
Miracles happen every single day for everyone and not just certain people who you might think are worthy of one. Miracles can and do happen for you because…everyone is worthy.
A good cry…there is something refreshing, releasing, and freeing about a good cry for no reason. If I ever get that welling up feeling of needing to cry and not know why, I listen to calm music, take a walk, or watch a movie that is thought provoking in a way that releases the dam for a good positively positive releasing cry…There’s no shame in crying and you don’t always have to have a reason. As long as we don’t bemoan over and over again and wallow in the tears. A good cry can clear the mind and heart releasing what needs to be released. Crying is the start of a healing process within you.
Don’t you think today is a good day to let go of what is weighing on your shoulders? Wouldn’t it be better for your mind, body, and spirit to release all your worries and fears and just trust that all will be well?
The worry, the fears, the doubts create resistant vibrations to what you envision your life to be. When we envision what we want life to be and then worry and become impatient, we create a resistant vibration to the very thing we envision. But if you envision what you want, trust your vibration of knowing that it will unfold as it should, and then let it go, then those vibrations will open up doors and experiences for you to reach the vibration you need in order to have the end result of what you desire and what is best.
In any experience, if you envision the best and then let go of ‘the how,’ and trust for it to all unfold just as it should in the right time, then you no longer have to worry about it, right? All is well…
