Feelings come and feeling go but we don’t have to ‘become’ the feeling. Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in how we feel that we seem to hang on to the emotion for dear life creating a resistant vibration.
How about letting that emotion come and then let it go? We all have feelings of sadness or frustration. Feelings can come suddenly before we are even conscious of them. Let the feeling come but then, relax your shoulders and mind and let those feelings go. When you let them go then calm and balance come back. You don’t have to resist feelings; you can let them come, welcome them, and then let them go.
