Anger is given a bad rap. Anger can actually be useful in life. It lets you know when there is something wrong within your life experience or within your thoughts. The true problem isn’t anger, it is what you do with the anger that can be the problem. Use your anger to move forward my friend and not to brow beat another or find a way to make it ‘your way.’
How do you handle anger and frustration? Do you hold on to it and let it eat at you or do you figure out where it can take you and move on creating a better positive vibration?

for me, i perceive anger as a reaction to pain. when i go into and behind the emotion, i find my pain and deal with that. it’s the real issue.
anger is also a powerful motivator to positive reaction for me. when the pain i feel is for someone else, i’m shown a cause to work for or with for the greater good.
there’s tremendous good that can come from anger as long as the anger itself isn’t in charge. our compassionate minds and, most importantly, our hearts and souls must always be the directors of our actions, but we can use our anger to begin that process…
