Do you make time to let your mind wander? Maybe you watch a movie, watch the trains go by at the station, or listen to music while baking. No matter what it may be,  it is important to let your mind relax and just ‘be’ for awhile. After you’ve let your mind wander then ask it a question.  Maybe you want to know how things are going to proceed or maybe you have a friend that needs some help…ask the question after taking time to calm your mind. Know that there is an answer there and even if it doesn’t show itself right at that moment, the quiet time you took will help to create more room to find the answer.

When we relax our mind it is like sleep for the physical body. You are rejuvenating, finding the place between awake and sleep for the mind. In that place there are answers.
