When someone tries to intimidate you with their anger, they will continue to use it as long as it will work on you. How you react, how you think, how you feel when another uses anger, is the way to get beyond another’s anger.
If you have someone who is angry with you, don’t respond with anger as well. This is only creating more of an explosive vibration that amplifies. Do what you can to walk away from the anger. If you can’t physically, at least mentally. Stay centered and calm and rational. Then after the experience is over, do the inner work needed to release the anger that was attracted into your life.

I find myself starting to smile, realizing that in my effort to stay cool headed, I am able to be more in control of myself and my feelings. This helps me to see more clearly and I feel much better! Of course, I need to take good care of myself to be able to accomplish this, like getting enough sleep, eating at meal times and having some valuable alone time. <3
