Have you ever noticed that animals don’t feel sorry for themselves? They just adapt to whatever life gives them. They eat, sleep, play, and go about all their animal business not worrying about tomorrow. They live in the moment. They accept what is in their life and they make the best of it.
We could learn a few things from animals, don’t you think?

That is the reason why I MUST have a pet (in my case a DOG!) in my life at all times! Heidi is my Teacher, my minute-by-minute Nudge to my Inner Voice of what is IMPORTANT in life and the Moderator to my ups-&-downs as we travel the Road of this Life together. Oh, she is also the face in front of me to remind me TO NOT TAKE MYSELF AND MY FOIBLES SO SERIOUSLY! I teach Laughter as part of a Spiritual Practice, along with GRATITUDE of course. But, alas, I sometimes lose that sense of humor myself, then Heidi acts the Clown to wake me up! Bless her!
And, thanks to you guys, bethandlee!
