How often do you follow the fads, trends, or practices that you see or have inherited? Thoughts may come up that create negative feelings through grudges, feeling better or less than another, or even discrimination and you don’t even know why. Sometimes we think and act a certain way because it’s just what we know or maybe it was taught to us. Use your freedom of thought and think for yourself. Let’s not take on another’s belief ‘just because.’
Isn’t it wonderful to have free will to think beyond what is presented to us? We have a choice to decide what ‘rings true’ and live in that truth. Be conscious of what you believe. Make sure it comes from ‘within’ and not from others ‘just because’ it’s there. Use your thought to its fullest ability, my friend.
