As you go through your life experience there are experiences that are bound to upset you. When you have one of those experiences, first become aware of it. Instead of getting wrapped up in the negative vibrations that seem to be there let them slide off of you. Know that they are there and instead of ignoring them just let them slide. When you are aware of the upset, and you don’t identify it as being you, and that it is just an event in life, you can move yourself into a calmer ease filled place. From that place you can begin to relax and feel calm which will help the experience greatly.

It is just an event in your life experience. It doesn’t define who you are.  You have a choice whether to stay positive or get bogged down in the negative of it all.
