Before we can be happy we must see ourselves happy. We must first hold the thought of happiness within our mind and then take it a little deeper into our emotions and our spirit.

What does it feel like to be happy?  Not the things that will make you happy but the feeling that makes you happy. How does a happy person live and think? What kind of attitude does a happy person have?  As you begin to recognize what happy feels like, and begin to live the happiness attitude, your life will then reflect happiness in all ways, shapes, and forms.
