What we recognize in our life experience is what we become. Whatever we think and focus upon becomes a subconscious pattern that manifests itself in life.
A habit is all it is. You have the ability to change your thought ‘habit.’ If life isn’t what you expected then change your repetitive thought pattern to one you truly like. Yes, it takes a little work from within just like any nasty ol’ habit you may have had but step by step, moment by moment, you can change your life through your thought vibration. Don’t give up.
