Sometimes, not always, but sometimes we can get in a negative state of mind and the only way to feel thankful during that time is to count up all the negative things that AREN’T happening. Maybe things like; there wasn’t an earthquake today, at least I wasn’t it an accident, or thank goodness my teen came home from the party at a recent hour. If they are created in a vibration of gratitude you are once again creating a ‘way out’ of negativity and then little by little you will pull yourself into a better feeling vibration.
