There is no condition or experience that can not be changed. It is in the belief of limitations that create an experience that stays the same. Step outside the box of limited normal societal thought and open up to the thought of anything is possible and it will be.
You may think, “You’re joking, right? There is no way…fill in blank…can change.” Hmmm…that is one of the reasons it won’t. You see, we see with our physical eyes and think, from the standpoint of being a physical being, there are only certain ways things can be done on this physical planet. But really, the physical is only a vessel to experience THROUGH. You are much more than a human being and that ‘much more’ is truly the one that connects directly to the Universe. That ‘much more’ is limitless and it is only the limits of the physical mind that create the limits.
So how about it? How about today you live from your own Universal mind from within and create unlimited possibilities in everything you do?
Many of our thought processes are automatic. We just seem to accept what comes to mind and react to the image. Fear brings about the experience of failing while faith, and believing, brings about the opposite. As you begin to erase old thought patterns and create new ones, you will train the mind to see the new thought patterns as an automatic response. It may take work refocusing the mind but it is worth it as your new way of thought takes over your life experience to all that you want in your life.
It takes conscious work to change a repetitive thought pattern but oh the wonderful things that come about from the inner work.
It doesn’t happen overnight. You can’t change all the old thoughts pattern in one split second. It takes little by little, step by step, working at changing the old thought patterns into new ones through your inner self, the mind, and the ability of not seeing with our physical eyes yet knowing it will come into existence.

It’s not possible to ‘be’ in the light of who we are while we hate another person or thing. The Universal laws tell us that. The ‘law’ doesn’t work for us alone and leave others out. It is continually working for all of us. When we create a hate vibration we are creating a low dense negative vibration that can’t possibly be in the same vibration of joy and love. Shine your light loud and proud forgiving yourself and others along the way. Hate is a wasted vibration of your time but love…love is worth forgiving.
Yes, I know. I know there are people in the world that are, well, you just can’t understand why they do what they do by harming others. But realize that any kind of hate vibration you send to another does nothing to help the situation and only feeds the hate that is coming from that person. But not only that it becomes a part of your vibration. So how do you get beyond this? By sending positive vibrations to all concerned. When we send helping loving vibrations and even take action from a positive place and not a justification place, we can help all that are being hurt.
Shine your light from the very deepest part of who you are.
Get your mind ready to receive the best that life has to offer. All action begins with thought first. Begin by aligning with all that is wonderful and positive. Become aware of all the amazing things and vibrations that are in your physical life experience. Know that all things are possible to anyone who opens up and creates a vibration of believing that there are no limits. All is possible. It is only in the physical mind that creates limits but the higher self knows the unlimited possibilities. Expect more joy, more happiness, and a feeling of all is well each day. Everyone that you meet, know they too, are a part of this physical experience. Be aware that you are creating everything in your life experience through your vibration.
Thought and feeling combined…vibrations my friend.
When you express being thankful you are showing that you have released what you have asked for knowing that will manifest into your life. Giving thanks to the Universe lets the Universe know that you have no doubt, no worries, that it is done. When asking for something in your life and waiting, thinking ‘maybe’ it will come to you, it is sending an unconvinced vibration that you’re not really sure it will happen. That creates an unconvinced vibration which the Universe sends back to you. But when you envision, know, believe, and trust in the process, without a doubt, and let it unfold in the best way possible, and then giving thoughts of thanks, it will be. The Universe doesn’t worry about your vibrations, whether they are positive or negative, it just responds to your vibration creating the very vibration sending it back to you. The Universe is showing its support and love by giving to you what you vibrate.

How can we possible receive what we want in our life when our mind can’t seem to accept it? By opening up our consciousness and expand to match the vibration of what we are truly asking for. We make our life experience full of opportunities and experiences that represent what we want in our life. We create thoughts that make us feel positive and abundant. And then there will be a point where you live it within your mind so much that your consciousness expands and accepts the new way of thinking and manifesting. There will be a point of pure absorption of what you desire and there it will be.
Expanding, expanding, expanding. We can only align with what we want when we are able to expand beyond our current state of thought. Really think about the possibilities of what ‘could be’ in the most positive confident way you can and get those vibrations going!
Physical experiences, physical things, physical anything are not even remotely obstacles to the Universe. The Universe flows through all physical and creates new forms according to the conditions that it receives. Anything that is created can be recreated in a different form or way. Everything you think and focus upon starts out from nothing…only a thought, an idea, energy. What you see in this physical world was once invisible until it was thought into existence. It is all temporary and can be changed over and over again. Your thought is full of invisible energy and power. What you think…becomes.
There are no obstacles according to the Universe. There are only obstacles according to…you. Ninja the obstacle and step aside leaving the path wide open. ![]()
Some have come from a difficult childhood experience and blame their experiences on their family for everything they are going through. Or maybe they may ignore the fact that their family is a part of their life experience. Did you know that you can get stuck in repeating the past because you don’t want to understand or move on from the experience? Maybe not intentionally but it can happen.
Here’s the thing: If we just take the time to be grateful for our family, not necessarily accepting or loving what they have done but being grateful for what lesson they may have taught whether it showed you want you want or don’t want in your current life, you will be moving on and letting go of the experience that could be holding you back.
Always reach for the higher vibration through understanding and releasing.

The difference between a pessimist and an optimist is relatively simple. Each exercises their muscles. One exercises their muscles of negativity and lack while the other exercises their muscles of positivity and thankfulness. Each can become second nature just like a habit. You have a choice which muscles you want to strengthen and grow.
What muscles have you been working lately? It’s never too late to start or build even bigger positive vibration muscles.
Wouldn’t it be great if someone invented a positive vibration muscle exercise machine? Oh wait! It has been invented.
It’s sitting right within you.
If you feel that you have to forgive someone or yourself, this means that before the forgiveness, there was judgment and/or blame involved. You see, you had to have judged or blamed in order to have a reason to forgive, right? Judgment and blame are a focus of what you don’t want. They are a ‘don’t want’ vibration.
How about it? How about, no matter what the situation, we choose how we vibrate. Before we make a judgment or blame another for something they may have done…step back and realize that it is only their own vibration that is causing them to be as they are. It’s your choice whether you want to be a part of their vibration. Take the judgment and blame out of the equation and no forgiveness will even be necessary but if you’re human
, and it happens, forgive. Forgiveness is a clear cut positive vibration.
The Universe is always vibrating happiness. We can become a part of the permanent connection to this happiness when we realize happiness through our conscious self. It is from within where happiness begins and continues. When we are able to connect to and realize this we will ‘break through’ to the conscious self. Connect within…that is where your happiness will be found.
It doesn’t matter how many times someone says, “I will be happy when…” and they get their ‘happy when experience,’ they are what they consider happy for awhile and then go searching once again. Happiness is not found in this outer world. It is found from within. It is in the makeup of our very being to be happy. Find your connection and enjoy being happy now. Find that true happiness vein from within and your outer world will begin to see happiness.
There is only one thing that we need to do in this physical world and that is to be completely who we are. Think about the many times that you compare yourself to others or to some perfect ideal. It’s as if we have to ‘be’ the perfect of what the world thinks yet…a tree doesn’t try to be an animal or a flower doesn’t try to be bush…they are who they are and they do it perfectly in their way. They don’t compare and try to be more like something else. Many seem to want a different life or maybe the life of someone who is famous without knowing what the ‘someone else’ really lives. So many times when we don’t feel good about ourselves we try to ‘put on’ someone else’s life instead of being grateful for and understanding our own life. ‘Being’ you is what it is all about…the true eternal you from within.
Imagine just for a moment that you…are just right. You are just as you should be. You don’t have to be what others expect but only what you want to be. You can be you without any opinions, without the normal expectations, the invisible ‘perfect.’ Now that you have imagined it…live it within your mind and your world…you are just right.
Think of asking and receiving as the same thing. If you say, “Throw me the ball,” you have already affirmed you are ready to receive it. I am ready to catch what comes my way, as soon as I ask for it.” This is a simple affirmation and meditation that can make an important change. So often when we ask for things, when we express a want, we then go on to undermine it. Guilt or blame comes into the equation. Subconsciously, you think you’re not deserving of the receiving what you ask for and that feeling derails the whole process.
Let the image of ‘ throw the ball and catching it’ be your focus for asking and receiving.
And remember… always, always, always add the vibration of thankful to the mix for all that you have and will have. It will do wonders! ![]()
When you become aware of your own breathing, it takes the focus away from your thoughts. And as you take the focus away from your thoughts, you create more space within your mind. And as you create more space you are now creating even more expansion of consciousness within yourself. All that is, all that is known, is already sitting within you…it is there waiting to reveal itself when you come into a greater expansion of consciousness one step at a time.
It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes the ‘one step at a time’ to master the art of being aware through meditation and breathing. As you practice, you will find that you will be able to hold your focus on ‘nothing’ longer and with more clarity. And then one day you will find you feel much more clear and calm and then…oh the wonderful thoughts and insights that come from clearing enough space to create more room for expansion.
You can feel better. In fact all you have to do is make a choice to feel better. Make it your number one priority to feel better. Then find ways to distract the logical mind so you can feel a more positive vibration. Choose experiences that make you happy. Not experiences that will make your husband happy or someone else happy… ones that make you happy. As you begin to feel and see happiness, that is sitting right within you at this very moment, you then begin to affect your life experience with more happiness and then, in turn, the vibration creates happiness for those around you as well. Taking care of you and your happiness FIRST creates happiness all the way around my friend.
You are the only one that knows what makes you feel better…go do it today. I feel wonderful but you know what? I can always feel even better…think I’m going to go hug a guinea pig.
Comparing your life experiences to others’ experiences or thinking you want their life means you are creating judgment in some way. It’s not possible to compare without some kind of judgment about someone else or even you. If you see what another has, that you would like to have, don’t mull it over in your mind over and over again making yourself feel ‘less than’ or creating envy of what another has. Just look at it and know that, you too, can have something similar or better than that experience and then leave it at that.
Here we go again with inner work. It all really comes down to our reactions to our experiences. The jealousy and envy vibration comes from a place of not feeling good enough. So when you get in that vibration, see how you can feel better about you instead and get your mind off what another has. When you keep going back to you and figuring it all out from that inner perspective, things can get a whole lot easier.
You can always choose not to experience a victim vibration or the poor pitiful me vibration. Everyone gets sad and frustrated at one time or another. We can use that time to reach for a higher vibration and figure out what to do next. You can move into a calmer state of mind. If you feel powerless in one little bump in your road it creates a vibration of feeling powerless in the next little bump in your road. You get to choose…always.
How about we reach for a higher positive vibration? Even if it is just a little one. That little one is movement forward away from the negative feeling vibration. We have a choice in all that we respond to and that choice is what will create a vibration of your present and future.
I know what I’m going to choose…how about you?
When you have one of ‘those’ days, you have so many choices you can make. You can ignore it, tell yourself it is the end of the world, you can cry and feel sorry for yourself, tell everyone that comes into your sphere (even the milkman) how bad your day is, or…fill in the blank. OR you can choose to feel those emotions and do something to change it up a bit so it feels a little better. Don’t beat yourself up over feeling the way you do. Just do what you can to feel a little better. Reach a more positive vibration. Get your mind distracted. Look at the construction of your shoe, look at a moth flying around and really think about what it took to create that shoe or butterfly. Feel the appreciation you have for the construction of the shoe or the way a moth can fly. Just by shifting your focus you have opened up to a higher vibration. Keep it up and you will find that the bad day will be a part of the past.
The construction of a shoe? Seriously, I did this once. I looked down at my shoe and just really looked at it. I marveled at each stitch that was sewn and the sturdiness of the fabric. I flexed it back and forth and realized how much went into just my shoe. The coloring process, all the machines that may have put it together, the people it took to inspect it before it came to me, and a sense of appreciation came over me.
A shoe did that.
