When we keep our same view of a repetitive experience that keeps showing up, it will continue to show up until you change your perception and learn from the experience creating a vibration that says, “Moving on!” And then…PRESTO…moving on vibration.
Those repetitive experiences…sigh. You have to be on your toes because sometimes those repetitive experiences come in a different shape than the first or second time. How can you tell? By the feeling…you can tell by how you feel if this is another part of your repetitive vibration. When you recognize it realize that whatever you did with the experience before this time didn’t create a ‘moving on’ vibration but now… you know. Now you can begin to change the vibration within yourself and move on…sounds great, doesn’t it?
MOVING ON!
Did you know not blaming others is a step toward positive vibrations? Any time you are in the middle of blaming another or even having a heated argument, know that any kind of blame creates a low vibration. How about skipping the thoughts of why it is someone else’s fault how you feel? How about realizing it is the situation that makes you feel a ‘bit off’ and you can change the whole thing through your own reactions and responses.
Know that you are responsible for your life experience and all you do in your life. There’s no room for blame…you have a life experience to create!
You have two choices when it comes to forgiveness. Whether it is forgiveness of the self or of another you can choose to let go and forgive…or don’t.
You see, we can’t say that we forgive someone and then go all over the place telling whoever will listen how wronged you were. That isn’t letting it go or forgiving, is it? You have to let it go. Start by letting go of the blame you have placed on yourself or the other person. Then make sure that you don’t go around expounding and justifying why you forgave. If you feel any kind of resistant vibration you know that you have a little more inner work to do.
Forgiving gives you the chance to let go of a resistant vibration that may be creating vibrations in other areas of your life.
Resistance is a low, wasted kind of vibration. Forgiveness is a high, lighter than air, kind of vibration. So what are you going to choose?
Let it go…let it go…and let the forgiveness flow.
Don’t you just love the feeling of inspired passion? Passion is the ‘jumping for joy’ of having something that is in the making. Feeling content is a whole other story. Being content comes from something we already have and feeling satisfied with it. Being content is a wonderful positive vibration but remember it is not the gas for ‘your car.’ Passion is the gas. Passion is the energy of creation.
Passion…happy sigh. I get passionate when I am writing. I get passionate when I am cooking for a huge group of people. I get passionate when Lee and I are brainstorming. I get passionate when I see someone really enjoying themselves and it spills over from all the happiness. I get passionate when I give personal consults and see results, I get passionate when I am picking blackberries, I get passionate when I find a pair of shoes that feel oh so very comfortable. I get passionate when I take my walk, early in the morning, and the Universe puts on a show of beauty. I get passionate when I hug our animals, I get passionate when I am talking to someone about positive thought, I get passionate when I read a great book…my point? Jump for joy as much as you can and keep the passion alive in more ways than one!
Creating a vibration of full on positively positive vibrations creates more and more and more and more…
Just think, when you have a negative moment, you are given the chance to choose how to feel and react in that moment. Negativity can be an amazing sign to show you that your old habit is feeling, shall we say ‘neglected,’ and is trying to get you to pay it some attention. Negativity loves company and it can spread furiously if you don’t stop it in its tracks. When you replace the negative with the positive the negative begins to shrivel up and become weak.
You don’t have to feed the negative even though it is hungry. Let it just melt and disappear. Put it on a diet of positive vibrations and see how it will just melt away! ![]()
Staying open to positive energy and not reacting to others who seem to be upset isn’t wrong in any way. It doesn’t mean that you don’t care about others or keeps you isolated. You see, when you have experiences in your life that you want and create through your positive vibrations, that positive energy creates more positive vibrations. So the things that would normally upset you seem to upset you less. And the less hurt the more you are able to focus on the positive.
The Universe wants you to be happy as you experience life. How about just ‘being’ happy without any concerns of what others may or may not like about it? You don’t need to be upset because others around you may be upset. You can hold fast to your own thoughts of positivity and joy and create more joy through your positive vibrations resulting in a more positive happy life. It’s all about our reaction to our life experience and the ‘inner work’ we do to keep a balanced, positive life experience.
All you have to do is choose. When someone has a condition, the body gives you signals to do something about it. But not only that, your body gives you the ability to help get back to feeling good. It is all in the attitude. Your attitude toward your condition can either help or hinder getting better. You can choose to reach for a better feeling vibration even if you are going through many procedures to help the body. You can stay positive and help accelerate your healing process or you can succumb to the bad feeling vibration and create more of that.
It can start with just a teeny tiny positive vibration…that’s all it takes…and then another, and another, and another, until you find that you are feeling better from the inside out.
We all have things in our past that we may not be too proud of or challenges that we just don’t want to have to face. To think that what we create comes into our lives in the shape of some pretty negative experiences can be upsetting. But not only that, the thought that those past vibrations we are having are creating even more of the same kind of vibrations. Sure, sometimes those past thoughts seem as if they are necessary but they’re not going to change the past. In a way, that is kind of comforting, don’t you think? The past won’t change BUT you have a choice to change your present by letting go of your past. You don’t have to try to change your past because it is what it is. You can let it go knowing that it truly is…in the past. Nothing can be done about it except to let it go. No more energy to something that is what it is. So then what? You can make a whole new path completely different than the past path.
You have a choice. You can now take the energy of the new path and create new opportunities and experiences and now you can live with the past, without putting any energy to it any longer, and look toward your future knowing your present thought and vibration will create a better tomorrow.
Create a beautiful amazing daydream full of power and strength and then…walk right into it with all the amazing feeling emotion possible. You can daydream all you want but until you put some wonderful feeling, full of powerful positive vibrations, you’ll be spinning your wheels. How about creating a beautiful dream and drive to the destination enjoying the scenery all the way there?
I just love stepping into a picture that has been painted by the spirit and mind. The colors, the feelings, and the thought create the amazing ever changing painting of our life experience.
Frustration can be an amazing tool to motivate. The only thing is, if you stay in the frustration vibration for too long, you begin to send out those vibrations to all that you want and you’re making sure they don’t come into your life. But not only that, if you still continue to live the frustration vibration, it won’t only affect the wants of your life but your whole life experience. Use it as a tool to get you moving but then leave it behind.
Oh yes…I do get frustrated at times but I now know how to change my response to frustration. When I feel it welling up, I ask myself what will it do for me? Will it give me more energy to figure it out or will it impend the growth of what I am working on? When I know the answer I either use it as fuel or let it go knowing it isn’t serving me at all. Then…I step away and take a breather and only go back to what I was frustrated with when I have created a nice steady calm vibration.
Thousands and thousands of years ago humans’ first response was to watch for any kind of danger. Who wouldn’t when you have animals bigger than a building chasing you down? It became an automatic response to watch out ‘just in case.’ It worked well in the days that it was needed.
Coming to our present day, we were told when we were young tykes to be careful of the hot stove, don’t run in the street, don’t talk to strangers in order to keep us safe. To help us to learn how to be careful. It’s no wonderful we have an inner voice that can tell us how safe we are…or not… even if it isn’t true. There are times when our outer voice and fear actually tell us that we are in danger when we truly aren’t. We have to decipher what is the automatic response or a true danger. Sometimes just letting your hair down and taking chances can propel you to where you want to be.
Don’t let the fear of the past hold you in a fearful position. Know what voice is truly speaking and then move on.
It isn’t necessary to figure out all the excuses as to why you feel upset. You don’t have to label it as guilt, resentment, or frustration, or anything else you may call it. Just know that you are a ‘bit off’ that day and start looking for ways to create a more positive vibration. Get to a better feeling place and leave the labels behind.
Recognize the feeling and move beyond the low vibration doing your best to find a better feeling, more positive vibration in something within you or around you. Just that little distraction can bring you back to the focus of positive vibration.
You don’t have to ‘buy into’ guilt. If you eat a box of cookies, just accept, “I ate a box of cookies” and then let it go. You can take a walk or know that tomorrow is another day. It isn’t necessary to continually make yourself feel bad for a choice you made. There is always tomorrow to get back on your plan. It is so much more important to get back into the feeling of reaching for a more positive vibration than beating yourself up over doing something that makes you feel bad. And this is not ot only for the box of cookies but choices that you made that felt less than positive.
Accept it happened, let it go, and give yourself a free pass but make sure to learn from the experience for next time.
Guilt, smilt…send it packing!
When you are feeling trapped by our circumstances, when everyone around is telling you how bad it is, the news is blaring negative feeling experiences, when others around you seem to only have one kind of belief that seems to go against what you want…you can succumb to the vibrations that are around you feeling as if you are in a lower negative vibration. But remember…you are not your surroundings…well, you don’t have to be. YOU are at the helm. You are responsible for your thoughts and reactions, and you can think and go in any direction you put your mind to.
You don’t have to ‘buy into’ the low vibrations. You can choose to reach a better feeling vibration and stay there.
Remember that you hold the keys to how you react and feel in life which, in turn, creates your life experiences. Some days might be better than others but you have the choice to use the keys anytime you like. Remember that a key unlocks the door. The key doesn’t push the door open for you. It is up to you to open the door and walk through it. There’s not one way,or one idea, how to use your keys but once you connect and open up to the pure vibration of the Universe you connect to all that you want in life. Make the choice to use the key and open up to the Universe through joyful, positive vibrations and you will guarantee a positive joyful life experience.
Open sesame!
Did you know that if you think about someone, and send to them positive light filled energy, if even a teeny tiny part of them wants to feel better, your positive vibrations will help them to feel and ‘be’ more positive and to feel better? Amazing, isn’t it? I love that we can send positive vibrations out to anyone we choose and then we can let it go and leave it up to them.

Sitting right within you is your strongest ally in the Universe. No matter what your present experience is… whether it is upset, fear, lack, or struggle, you have a wonderful source right within you that no one can ever take from you. Even you can’t take it away from yourself. Any experience can’t take the light away from that source. Some may try to hide it but it is always there. Sit quietly and know that it is right within you. Just know and you will feel its light and strength.
Did you know that by connecting to the source within you, you have just cancelled out many of your negative thoughts and vibrations?
That’s how powerful your inner light is. Shine on my friend!
Guess what? No matter what you tell yourself or what others may say…you can’t make a wrong choice or even a mistake. You have never made a mistake in this life experience. What you have mistook as mistakes are lessons that you invite into your life to help guide you to a place where you wanted to get away from negative vibrations and to understand even more about the life experience…that’s it.
See? You’re off the hook. No mistakes…just life experiences. Now live without regret knowing what you have learned from each experience. ![]()
You know, it doesn’t matter if your ancestors had one potato to eat all day back in the 1920’s. It doesn’t matter that your uncle lost all his money back in ‘the day.’ It doesn’t matter if your dad used to drink the household money away. It doesn’t matter if you think there is not enough or that there is enough. Every last one of us has some kind of belief when it comes to money. We know we have the beliefs and that is all we need to know. They made great stories when we were young but you don’t have to reinforce the perceptions of your ancestors through your own beliefs. Get to the bottom of the belief and change it. It’s just a habit. All habits can be changed.
I used my family ‘lack’ stories as a perfect example of contrast for what I didn’t want. Sure, I loved to hear those old stories. Some were really humorous but that is all I used them for…was the comedy value and the learning of where some of my beliefs came from. Then…changed them as best as I could. I have to say…it feels pretty darn wonderful not to have a ‘lack’ story that I repeat to my own kids but they do hear Grandma and Grandpa’s stories. They know it was a long time ago the way things USED to be.
I wanted to add that it isn’t only lack that we learn from our families. We learn many many wonderful and not so wonderful beliefs that we decide to use or not use. I choose to see the strength, humor, insight, and love my ancestors used through their ‘hard’ times. They helped me to be who I am today. ![]()
Everyone has problems and it is in how you focus on the problem that can create more of the same. Let’s say that problem is a tiger in the room. By ignoring the tiger doesn’t mean he isn’t a danger. By ignoring what is in life, maybe a sibling takes drugs or there isn’t enough cash for the rent, doesn’t mean that you ignore that particular problem. First, recognize there is a problem. Then ask yourself if it can be changed? Then ask what will it take to possibly change it? Is there an immediate answer? With a tiger there would be an immediate answer like…run! lol
OR Is it something that you have to accept and ‘let be’ since you have no control over it and possibly the only control you may have over it is in your own reaction? And that reaction may be just the catalyst to creating an easier solution or an eye opening experience that may be needed? By recognizing and accepting it is there but then letting it go knowing there is a solution, even if that solution is to do nothing, you have expanded consciousness and taking hold of your own response instead of letting the ‘problem’ take hold of you.
It is all in how you look at it. Let’s tame that tiger, shall we? ![]()
