Your body is a receiver of many thoughts and some of those thoughts may be less than peaceful. But if you bring your body into a relaxed state, you will teach the mind the feeling of calm and peace and will learn to create just that. Relaxing the body is one of the easiest ways to get rid of stress which can be done through mental and physical relaxation. And when you are able to release stress you are releasing resistant vibrations. Another important key to living a calm, steady flow, full of ease kind of life.
You know the feeling…the feeling when your shoulders are tense, you feel fatigued, and you feel as if you are running on an empty tank. Those are direct signals that your body is giving to you to…relax and let the stress fall away. Many just push and push without even thinking a second thought of what the body is trying to tell them but when you stop and listen to what your body is saying, through the signals it is giving you, you can begin to relax. Whether your mind relaxes or not, just relax your body. By doing this you are telling your mind and body, “This is what we do to relieve stress.” Step out and go to a movie, take a walk in the park, or maybe just sit for a few moments and relax giving your body the attention it needs. As you listen to the signals, your mind begins to listen as well, and begins to understand that every time you feel like this, it’s time to de-stress. This may sound like common sense but many ignore themselves and keep pushing on as their body and mind are asking for a break. Give it the break it needs and you will find that it is as important as having a good night’s sleep. You will feel better, you will vibrate better, and you will be able to think clearer after just a few moments of relaxing. It isn’t optional, it is necessary if you are wanting to be in full prime condition to release resistant vibrations in your life.
Now… go get rid of those resistant vibrations and just ‘be’ for awhile. ![]()
Many times we live life ‘out of order.’ We do all we can to have more of something in order to feel as if we have more than enough so we can feel happier but really…instead of starting and searching for an outside source, you must be who you really are from within, follow what you feel guided to do, follow the feelings of what makes you happy from within, in order to have the life you want.
How about instead of looking for an outside source to feel happy, start within you. Begin enjoying each day and keep reaching for the next higher positive vibration. As you find the happiness within you, all the things that are in the outer world that you desire will come naturally all in the time they should. You have to be ready to receive what you want and getting ready is doing the inner work and creating more room for those vibrations of physical manifestation.
Many people have the mindset that life is just something that happens to them and there is no control over what the day holds. They decide to just make the best of it. This is actually sends out a victim like vibration, giving all the power to things outside of who they truly are. Realize that the power sits right within you and you can choose to open your eyes and heart to that very thought and vibration. When you realize that it is all up to you, and not some outer physical source, to create success and happiness in your life, you will change your vibration to one of empowerment and you will empower your life.
Think about the vibrations that go into ‘life just happening to you.’ Those vibrations can create uncertainty and chaos. Now think about where your life can go when you make a decision on how to direct your life. Think about how your focus, your thoughts of positivity, your feelings of no doubt will create a life that you have always wanted. You’re alive. You’re here to experience life. Why not experience in a way that creates joy in your life?
What a wonderful way to ‘be.’
There are some that feel a steady life flow when everything is calm around them while there are others who feel ‘the flow’ through things moving quickly in life and they have many things to do at once. What one thinks is balance can be completely different for another. Some think balance only comes through things being under control. No matter what, you are continually creating a certain kind of balance and flow and your future will reflect the image of what you are projecting through your vibration. If you feel flustered and anxious through the busyness of life, this is not a vibration of balance and flow but if you enjoy and get excited through the busyness of life, enjoying the experience, you are creating a vibration of flow that works for you.
My way of balance? I am one of those multi taskers that has a list for just about everything. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction to check off my list. It makes me happy. It gives me balance. But not only that, my biggest ‘balance’ comes from my daily walks. I can be getting things done in a faster than fast mode and then…I feel it. I feel as if I have to get out in the air, connect, and balance so I step out for a bit and find my center. It creates a calm, productive state of mind for me. It is where I get my best ideas and my mind, body, and spirit crave that kind of balance. So don’t ignore yourself when you have to get away to balance. Make the time. It creates a better flow for your life.

We all talk about the positive and negatives of living but in the true reality of the experience, there is no such thing as negative and positive. We create negative or positive by either accepting or rejecting what seems to be in front of us. Every single feeling you have is an amazing guide to create life experiences. We learn, grow, and expand consciousness through every facet of emotion and it is up to you how you decide to ‘run’ your life through the vibration of thought and emotion.
It is mankind that has labeled what is positive or negative. What may be a positive experience to one may not be to another. So how can you tell what is right for you? The feelings you have. If you are feeling negative, you know that there is a vibration that is creating a ‘slow flow’ in your life and if you are having a less than positive feeling experience you may be experiencing a situation that will help you to learn and expand through your understanding of that experience. Yet all experiences are a part of your amazing system for knowing which direction to go to achieve a life full of insights and happiness. You can tell by how you feel. Try for the day not to see things as negative and positive. Try to see the experience within the experience. This takes the labels off and creates an inner flow as you observe life through your inner self instead of the labels of what the physical self has given.
When others are having experiences, whatever is happening to them is because of their own vibrations. If you hear their experiences, make sure not to bring it into your own vibration. Don’t mull their experiences over in your mind and ‘take them in’ your vibration. Instead, ask yourself what is right for you? What is your truth? Every one of us is on a different path. We are all unique in our experience. Experience YOUR life.
Let them ‘be’ as they create their own experiences knowing that, they too, are creators of their own life and then release the vibration of resistance.
We are all unique and what works for one, may not work for another so when it comes to your life, find and feel what is best for you and step away from the vibrations of others especially if they feel resistant. By making a conscious decision to ‘allow and release,’ you will be on your way to experience a life of your own conscious making.
Just for a moment relax and close your eyes. Feel your body relax and calm your mind. As you relax your mind, go within where the true you resides. Feel as if you are going deeper and deeper and you connect to that deep place within you. Feel the calm and the peace. Feel the connection to your very own inner truth. Ask for a message or if there is something you should know and relax, as well as feel, as it comes to you. Maybe it will be a feeling, a knowing, or a fleeting thought. Accept what comes. Step aside from the logical mind so that you don’t interrupt the flow of connection. You don’t have to figure it out. Just ‘be.’
Every day, for a few moments through out my day, I just ‘be.’ This is the time to connect within and touch that place that holds all your truth. All’s that it takes is a breathe in, a breathe out, and go deeper within. All is well.
Peace and calm are more than feelings that your body feels. They are direct vibrations that you send out into the Universe that affects any and everything in your physical world.
How about today, no matter what your day holds, you feel and vibrate peace and calm? You will find the day will feel lighter, calmer, and oh so smooth. Just think if you did this every single day? Can you imagine the experiences you would attract in your life? They would be full of calm, steady flow.
Now doesn’t that sound irresistible?
Hope, love, trust, belief, and faith are all within your heart. When you open yourself to new things, you are opening up more room in your heart. Step beyond what is considered normal and perceive the world in a whole other way full of unlimited thoughts of faith and hope, trust and belief.
How could it hurt? Just for a day…feel optimistic, experience the beauty in life, know that all is well even if it feels otherwise, love everyone that comes across your path, let others know how good you feel, give hope to others, and create new vibrations that will make more room for more of the same. I’m telling you…once you begin to live the positive outlook on life…you’ll never want to go back!

Did you know that if you are feeling unhappy it is like continually feeling hungry? It’s as if there is a gnawing inside that can’t seem to go away. You feel as if life isn’t giving you what you need somehow. We try to find happiness and fulfillment from an outside source but what we are doing is creating a wall and cutting off the supply to the very thing that we want. Your happiness lies within you and isn’t up to someone else or some thing to provide it for you.
It can be tempting to think that outer experiences and people are responsible for our happiness. Maybe a car, or a certain someone, or even your children but know that any kind of true happiness comes from within you and how you look at the world. Sure maybe that beautiful new car will make you happy for a while and then…there is that gnawing once again and the search for true happiness. When we begin to see what is good in life and create happiness in everything we do, we begin to experience true happiness and one of the by products of true happiness? You guessed it…all those ‘things’ you thought would make you truly happy. Funny how it works that way.
No one is perfect and everyone is. You see, if you got a group of people together and you asked ‘what is perfect’ they would give you all kinds of thoughts. To them there is a perfect but maybe not to another. So whatever you may think is perfect, may not be perfect to another. We are individuals with unique thoughts and we are all so imperfect but our imperfections create the perfect unique being. Be you. The more you ‘be’ you, the more freely the life energy will flow through you. The more you stay true to who you are, you will clean away some of the ‘rust’ from the workings from inner self to physical self. The more you are the ‘true’ you, the clearer your connection to the Universe will be.
When I hear something that is different than what I believe, I make a mental note to go within and ‘feel’ where their thought might take me. If I feel a sense of resistance to the very thought then I ‘let go’ and step away from the vibration, not putting another moment toward the vibration. But if I feel I am creating resistance because I think I am right then I begin to ‘deconstruct’ and let go of the need to feel right. You see, it is all about how we react to what is around us that creates our world. As long as we keep focus on what it is that we envision and then release the feelings that feel resistant, experiencing consciously, we begin to see all the perfect within our reality. Your inner self is your guide and what makes you feel ‘less than’ is where you want to begin to look to letting go of another and their perception OR change your perception to create a nice smooth journey.
I just love the Universal dance of experiencing life. It’s so adventuresome!
When we finally decide to release the struggle of finding what we consider fulfillment from outside sources, we have no choice but to go within to find it. And when you get to the point when you say, ‘I give up and let it go,’ it creates a beautiful realization. A light shines on the darkness. Instead of hitting the bottom, we step through to a brand new way of thought and perception. We connect to the true being that we are.
And through your realization, many experiences of expansion become available to you. As you open up and let go of all that feels resistant, the light shines on all that is resistant and you have found one of the keys to a more peaceful life.
In order to feel good about yourself, you don’t have to do whatever everyone else does to feel good. It is different for everyone. What gives one self confidence doesn’t mean it gives another self confidence. Do your best to figure out what makes you feel happy and wonderful about who you are.
So how do you tell what makes you feel happy? It is this lighter than air feeling when you feel relaxed and full of energy, yet are calm. There are no feelings or thoughts of resistance. Just make sure that if you have resistance for something that makes you happy; that it isn’t just a feeling of guilt or worry that someone might not approve of what you want. Many mistake the feelings of guilt as resistance and believe that what they wanted doesn’t make them happy because of that resistance. Work on the resistance that you feel within IF it is connected to the contrast of guilt so that you can openly feel good about what makes you happy.

How about today you imagine that you are the one running your ship. Today is the day that you get to guide your ship any way that you decide. You can say “no” when you feel like saying “no” and you can say “yes” whenever you feel like it. Today you won’t be in any rush…you can take your time in everything you do because…well…it is your ship, right?
You get to choose how you run your ship even down to the people (crew!) you spend time with on YOUR ship. And you enjoy it so much, you get to choose from moment to moment how you feel on your ship; whether it is a peaceful journey or an adventurous, rip roarin’ wild journey. You get to pick the destination as well. You get to choose because it is your ship ya know.

Isn’t it great sailing the great seas of life?!
Take a look at jealousy. Jealousy and being possessive is a fear that someone is giving something to some else that they don’t seem to be giving to you. Jealousy is an indication that you are not giving something to you.
Every emotion brings us to understand something in our own lives. If we have an emotion that is full of resistance and contrast, it is a wonderful indicator showing us which direction to turn from ‘within.’ If we possess a jealous or an annoying feeling, it is only about the direction you are headed with your thoughts. When you recognize it, figure out what is causing the resistance, you can then begin to ‘let go’ of the reaction of resistance within. This creates calm, satisfaction, and joy in your own life. Deal with the intense contrast from within so that it doesn’t manifest into the outer world.
Many believe that they have to find someone or something in the physical world that will give them the feeling of security. Did you know that no one or any ‘thing’ can give you anything before you give it to yourself? You won’t find security in the outer physical experiences of life. Security begins within.
It’s sitting right within you. It is in that calm and peaceful state that is the true you. It is in your direct connection to the Universe and if you ‘get still’ and just feel letting go of all expectations for just a moment, you will find your security. It is in your own thoughts that you don’t feel secure, but once you find that place within that is connected at all times to the Universe, you will realize that ‘all is well’ and that no matter what is in your physical outer world that your eternal inner world is secure. And when you rely on the inner world of security and trust it is there, it will shine straight into your outer physical life creating things and people to reflect your inner security.
Everybody experiences an agitated feeling inside right before doing new things. This is the time when energy is being built to shift into a higher vibration to open more space for the new.
Instead of looking at it as feeling nervous, shift it around and make excitement the feeling instead. Life doesn’t change until your vibration changes and just by shifting from the nervous to excitement, you’ll be creating more to be excited about. No worries because…all is well!
Oh…why the bubbles photo? The bubbles make me think of vibrations…nice, magical, beautiful, and steady with an air of feeling light!
Every one of us has a certain frequency, like a music note within. The more you are able to use that note the more you will be able to create in your physical world the match to your own inner note. As you ‘play’ that note you will find you become more calm and steady and that is how you know you are sending out your sound. It is your very own spirit sound that resonates loud and clear beyond your physical. Are you playing your note or are you letting others write your song?
Create the most amazing original song that is full of love, joy, happiness, and fulfillment and your song will create the life you envision as well as affect others who are looking for their own song to play. Be inspired and sing loud and clear!
What exactly is clarity? Clarity is when you align your mental, physical, and emotional selves with the spiritual self that is the true you. The mind is an amazing tool and you can use different methods to help align all the selves. You can create clarity through meditation and many forms of visualizing. Clarity will bring you in balance, and provide a steady flow.
Many feel they just don’t have the time to meditate or even visualize. Realize that if you don’t take some quiet time to yourself, you are creating an imbalance of the mind, body, and spirit. In order for life to feel more balanced, smooth, and calm, it’s important to take care of all the selves of who you are so they will align and work at optimum level. Just a few minutes will do. Isn’t it worth balance and a steady flow in life?
Take care of the wonderful unlimited being that you are!
Did you know that in order to receive you must begin by acknowledging what you have increased in your life already? Each time you acknowledge and send thankful vibrations to something that came into your life, you will make more room for receiving even more.
Same goes for the opposite. If you don’t take the time to acknowledge something that is in your life, it will be much harder for other things and experiences to be received.
It’s all about the vibration you send from your thoughts and feelings. How about it? How about today you look for all that you have in your life that feels good, positive, and abundant? How about you acknowledge how truly blessed you are through what you already have in life? Maybe a loving family, good health, a brand new tire, a meeting that went wonderfully, food on the table…whatever it is…acknowledge what makes you feel grateful and abundant in your life now. The vibration you send out creates more to be grateful for. It creates more abundance through the feeling and thought of the abundance in life that you already have going on.
It doesn’t matter who you are or what kind of life you have, you can always find something in your life to be thankful for.
