It’s all in how you feel about the world. Your attitude, whether it is positive or negative, is how you experience the world.
How do you wake up in the morning? Full of promise, or full of apprehension? You will experience whatever you ‘put out’ into the world. It’s just how it works so, since you get to make the decision, what’s it going to be? You don’t have to flip a coin for this one. Positively positive vibrations create positively positive experiences.
No matter how hard you try to do nice things for someone, find their approval, and make them feel good, if they don’t love who they are they are actually limiting how much they can love you. Forgiving is an important key to feeling better about how someone else is treating you. Let go of the upset and use your time to focus on other things that make you feel good. They are only limited by their own perception of the love they have for who they are. That is no fault of yours. Don’t let their limited love become your perception of love. You are an unlimited loving being.
It’s apart of our physical experience…to experience. We experience through observing, through being, through loving, through living. It is in your own vibration that creates your experience. When we do all we can to help another and they still don’t seem to appreciate the time, it is at that point that you must realize that sometimes, someone else, just has to walk THEIR walk without taking you along with them. And that is when it is up to you. You can decide whether to become attached to doing everything you can to make it right for them OR support, encourage, and let it go so that they can learn and create their experience without your vibration. Whether you detach within your mind or detach physically, your vibrations will thank you!
Self respect is believing in yourself. You know that you did the best that you could even if a few days later you saw there could have been a better way. Many push themselves trying to get it all done and still not feeling as if they did enough. When you are pushing yourself and working hard, this doesn’t mean that it is the path to finding joy. Follow that inner voice. Create a nice steady flow in your life. Do things that will increase your self confidence and your self respect. Make time to relax and play. In~joy being you.
I make time to play daily whether it is just a short read or a ‘lay down and daydream’ I make sure to take the time. What you are telling yourself when you give yourself just some time to be, is that you are worth it, that you love being with you, and you deserve some time to relax. Just by giving that little bit to yourself it creates a clear vibration of ‘I love and appreciate me.’
A lot of the time, what you think is important can be what others have given to you as a ‘should’ in life. And then when you try to live the ‘should’ you find that it just doesn’t work for you. Ask yourself what is important to you. Ask yourself if what you feel and act upon is something that feels right to you.
This seems simple enough, doesn’t it? It seems that if you don’t want to do something then you wouldn’t, but so many listen to what others think of their lives and try to apply it to their lives. You noticed I said try? Try indicates it may or may not work while ‘I am’ indicates it is done. Which vibration do you want to send into the Universe? If the vibration is a should from someone else, you will know. You will feel it from within. You will either feel a slight resistance or a full blown resistance to the should. Either way ask yourself the questions above and go with what you feel is right for you.
Imagine all the vibrations that are in our Universe and that whatever you are thinking is tuning in with all the others who are thinking the same exact thing. And don’t forget all the experiences that come along with that matched vibration. Your thought vibration is attracting to their vibration and vice versa. So…what if…what if you are thinking about how loved you are and how much love there is in the world, how joyful you are feeling, and how abundant this world is…you will then then be attracting others and experiences with the like mind vibration.
Oh, that wonderful mind.
It loves to take us to places we really don’t want to go, tells us things that aren’t really true, and will even say, “It is for your own good to not think that way…it’s so much easier to mistrust and be cautious about every little thing then that way, you won’t get hurt or feel like a failure. Just stay where you are and nobody will get hurt!”
But there is also the truly wonderful part of our mind that begins to see the error of its ways. It begins to understand that it is not the boss, that the pressure is off for it to perform. It begins to see how you are doing your best to change it for the better. To change it to reflect the thoughts of what you really want in life. It may try to pull you back–only for your own good it thinks–but then as you gently show it the way to where you want to be, as you keep showing it how it really can be a life of wonderful things including trust and taking that risk that actually feels indescribably amazing, it will begin to think just as you want it to. And it too…will be happy with the results. Train that puppy! lol
Get clear about what you want in life then ‘let go’ and detach from how it will happen. When you ‘let go’ of the how this leaves room for the Universe to use any form it chooses best, and your end result will be even better than you expected. Remember that if something doesn’t come just as you envisioned, it may be a better way of what you envisioned or maybe it’s a baby step to what you truly envisioned. The Universe knows the best way. No need to micro manage.
It’s the impatience factor that throws many off. They may get something that looks like what they wanted but not quite how it felt or are still feeling as if they are waiting. When going through the process of envisioning and living the experience of what you want, remember that the process of getting there is part of the journey. And the Universe understands and knows the exact experiences, vibrations, and lessons to keep sending to you to align with a physical manifestation of what you envision. Change the impatience to excitement and know it is happening instead of worrying that maybe it is taking too long or maybe you aren’t visualizing enough. Just know, without a doubt, all is well.
Don’t let your thoughts be determined by what is going on around you. Choose what you want to think by learning to listen ‘within’ and be directed by your own true self. Your physical mind and the ego direct your feelings because of the thoughts that you are having and experiencing.
You can, you know. You can choose how you feel, how you react, how you think, and how you feel. This doesn’t mean holding in all the intense emotions and thoughts. It just means to strive to ‘let go’ of any and all thoughts and feelings that don’t serve your higher self. Upset with a family member because of something they said? What is it doing for you? Are you upset because you can’t stand that they think they are so right or maybe you just feel agitated by them? No matter what it is, you can choose where to go from here.
You can choose to let it go and let them keep the vibration of agitation and upset. You can choose to let it go knowing it will help your current positive vibration stay in a steady flow. How will it hurt not to get upset if you truly let it go? It’s an amazing freeing feeling to let go of what is bothering you and know that the Universe will act upon your vibration of calm and you will create calmer tomorrows. What a wonderful vibration that is!
No matter what society shows you, no matter what the economy is, no matter what you may be experiencing at this very moment…you create your abundance. You are given a contrast to see what you want and don’t want in life and if you keep your thoughts about your future abundance in a positive light then you won’t be affected by all the outer experiences of the world.
When you have made the decision that you want unlimited abundance in your life, that is when you begin to recognize what the mass thought of others and society is, but that is also the time that you can recognize that you don’t have to ‘buy into’ what you see in the physical world. You can feel and know unlimited abundance and focus on those thoughts and feelings, even if everything around you is showing you differently.
Unlimited abundance is within you and waiting for you to accept it, and as you accept that it can be yours then it becomes what you believe… and once you believe, you are just a hair away from it manifesting into your life. Keep your unlimited abundance separate from what you see in the physical world. Unlimited abundance begins within you. Feel it, know it, believe it and let the Universe help you achieve just that through experiences and thoughts that will expand your consciousness to create the unlimited abundance from within to full manifestation.
When you envision what you want life to be and create vibrations that soar, it is then that you release the vision and let your inner self lead you to the fastest and most simple way. When you listen to your inner self and act upon what it tells you, you are then following the flow of you.
Many envision what they want their life to be and get excited about the possibilities. And then they step out into the ‘normal’ world and tell others what they have envisioned. Sometimes others will get involved and advise how it should be done or that it isn’t possible. Then they feel as if it can’t happen or instead of listening to their inner self, they listen to the advice or their personality-self on how to get there.
You see, when you envision it is important to create a clear vibration of what you desire, but then let the Universe take care of the rest. Just watch for the opportunities and experiences that are shown to you. But not only that; when you tell someone, listen to your inner self to see if their advice feels right and feels as if there is no resistance within you. Ask yourself if the resistance is fear or worry that is from you or is it that it just doesn’t feel right for you. Listen to your inner self as it has the best and most simple ways of getting you to where you want to go. By ‘checking in’ you are beginning to find your flow of life. YOUR flow and not the whims of the personality self trying to ‘live up’ to what the normal world thinks is right for you. A nice steady flow of you.
Some wonder how they could possibly find their path through meditating. How can meditation bring more abundance? If you allow yourself to meditate and practice, the path to abundance will unfold right before your eyes. It is in the quiet ‘still’ of meditation where you find and connect to the purest of vibrations. Meditation is a direct path to your higher self and the Universe. Just ‘still’ the mind. That is all that is required. Even if it is just five minutes a day you will see a difference in your thought, your feelings, and your vibrations. Insights will ‘pop up’ out of nowhere and you will even feel calmer.
Do you have that monkey mind chatter?
You know…where the mind just takes over while you’re doing your best to meditate? This is part of the process. When your mind hangs on to things you have to do, just gently bring it back to the still. No need to get frustrated. This happens to everyone. Just gently bring your mind back to the still. As you practice you will find that the mind will begin to listen to you and you’ll be able to go for longer periods of stillness. Find the time…it is important to take care of your mind, your body, and your spirit. It makes such a difference in living a positive life.
You are an amazing being. Sitting right within you is wisdom, strength, and love. You can ‘be’ in a higher vibration at all times. But there are times we act out roles that do not show the greatest of who or what we truly are…they are roles of the personality and not of the true self that is sitting right within you. Be true to you.
It can be tempting to ‘buy into’ the thoughts of society. It can be tempting to gossip with others as they tell you all the latest, but how about sitting back and really thinking about what is really you and not a vibration that you may have globbed onto from someone else? Yes…globbed!
Sounds pretty gooey and sticky, doesn’t it? Well, that is what happens when you ‘buy into’ others’ thoughts and opinions. It globs on, becomes a part of your vibration if you let it, and then…here come the experiences full of gossip and others’ thoughts.
Of course, you could choose to reach a higher vibration. You could choose to step away from all the panic, worry, and fear from others. You could choose to not make judgments on others since we really don’t know what another is truly like unless we have lived through their eyes. It feels so much ‘lighter’ to not take on the globs. Just shine and be you with your thoughts and your feelings. Connect to a higher vibration and detach from the need to feed the personality and attach to the true you ‘within.’ What a feeling!
Realize and know that what you are experiencing in your life right now is all in the right timing for you. If you have asked and envisioned abundance and you seem to be experience the opposite, know that sometimes experiencing the opposite of what you envision can be creating the energy to taking the leap to abundance.
Our Universe is full of ebb and flow and it’s important to remember that when you are experiencing ‘the flow,’ be grateful for the steady abundant flow when it happens instead of thinking, “Sure, I have it now but what if?…” Give thanks to every moment of the flow of life and then when it’s time for the ebb, still remember the steady flow from before but know that the ebb is not taking you to a less fulfilling place but is using the time to help you build more positive vibrations. Then the next steady flow will be even better than before and the next ebb won’t seem to affect you as much. As you appreciate the flow AND the ebb you will find that the ebb is hardly noticeable at all and the flow…well…Cowabunga!!!!!!!
Each time you say a negative remark or dwell on how wrong you are, your body changes its vibration. You see, your emotional self is the one that is affected the most when it comes to your vibration. When a negative is stated the emotional self changes its vibration and your own energy will lower. When your vibration lowers your attraction changes and you begin to attract to you the experiences that are in the same kind of vibration. Your emotional self has so much to gain from being positive.
It’s funny, I can barely remember life before I began my positive thought journey. I remember the feelings of desperation and worry, but only as reminders of where I once was and where I am now. I am content in this journey. Each experience provides yet another moment to expand knowledge and reach a higher vibration, all the while enjoying the physical journey through people, things, and experiences.
It didn’t happen overnight. It took determination and continually going back to square one to start again and then…it became a habit. A wonderful habit I might add. The world changed in my eyes to a place full of opportunities, possibilities, insights, and joy. Once I embraced the positive my life changed. I no longer had to feel as if I was beating to someone else’s drum or that I had to believe just like someone else to make my life good. It was empowering and IS empowering to know that it is me and the Universe that create my life and that the Universe is there at all times, helping through acceptance, unconditional love, and going with the flow of my vibrations. No matter what the flow is…the Universe is there just doing its job. It’s up to me…I love that feeling and I love giving others the knowledge to find their own life that they choose.
We all envision differently. Some of us can see an actual picture within our mind when we think while others may feel or sense the image, and some only have to think about it. It doesn’t matter which way works best for you. They will all bring results into your life. Whatever is comfortable for you is how you should envision.
I love my time to envision. For me the best time is first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed. I do some deep breathing and then continually get more relaxed then I start just ‘letting’ the images come into my mind. I don’t hold on to them. I let them go by as if I am watching a movie screen. Sometimes I get insights during that time and sometimes mind chatter but either way I don’t hang on to the thoughts.
If it is an insight, I know that it will come back to me when I ‘awaken’ from my quiet time and if it is monkey mind chatter then it just passes on by. Then I begin to visualize what I would like to experience. It’s not so much an image as it is a feeling and sensing. I do have some images but mostly it is all about building through my feelings, the image of what I want to experience. I ‘try it on’ and see what it feels like to have the experience and if it is something that ‘feels’ right then I continue to focus on the vibration of the experience then…I let it go. That’s my way! Then I observe and stay aware for any experiences I may need or that will bring me in alignment with what I desire and give it over to the Universe. The process is just as important as the manifestation so I keep that in mind as well.
When you put out too much energy, you will feel resistance. You will feel as if you are straining to create your life. If you have to remind yourself all the time of what you want and it feels as if it is a struggle and resistance then you are putting too much energy toward your goal that will result in very little or no movement at all. If you put too much toward your goal and it feels as if it is a strain you are then going against the very thing you are envisioning. Steady, flow of energy is where you want to envision from.
Always check in to see how your energy of vibration is feeling. Do you feel as if you are pushing or does it feel ‘just right?’ Do you feel as if ‘all is well’ or do you feel as if it isn’t even happening? This is the time to ‘release’ anything you may be holding onto that feels resistant. It is part of the process of ‘getting there.’ As you shift, balance, create a steady flow…all falls into place.
How do you get from lower vibrations to higher vibrations? It is through your own intention and determination. You can reach toward a higher vibration just by expecting and intending to go to a higher vibration. When you freak out and struggle, creating resistance, you are weighing yourself down. There’s times when we get all wrapped up in the struggling and resistance and those thoughts and feelings keep you in a lower vibration. Let go of the resistance and reach for a higher vibration.
Each time you feel resistance…stop and recognize and then…inhale and exhale letting go of the physical resistance (the tense shoulders, arms, fingers etc.). As you exhale, mentally see yourself going ‘within’ and finding that place of balance. Then project that balance and calm into your vibration. Feel the release, feel the calm, and feeling the balance knowing all is well. Letting go of the resistance and finding your balance will create balanced and peaceful tomorrows through your vibration.
Did you know that creating the process of manifesting is more important than the manifestation itself? Once you are able to manifest through a certain pattern of thought and vibration you will then be able to manifest anything and not be affected by any outside conditions.
So here is the trick…begin your own way of thinking. Start letting go of all thought that does not serve your life well. For example: Do you think the only way to make money is to work hard and struggle to get there? Guess what? THAT frame of thought will attract working hard and struggle, but if you begin to change your own thought knowing that, no matter what, life is unlimited and full of unlimited abundance, and that you can do what you love AND have abundance, then you are beginning to change a way of thinking. This changes your vibration, and you begin to align with the new way of thought. This can go for any area of life. Maybe you want a better career, or a better relationship, or a better knowing from within, or…or…the sky’s the limit! Anything is possible through your thought and vibration.
Your mind is a wonderful instrument. The mind never has enough and continues to think no matter what you are doing. Your mind is always thinking about the next step, the next move, the next thing. When you think that all you are is what is within your mind then you will feel as if life is unsatisfied. But when you go a little deeper within, beyond the mind that is where you will find the feelings of peace.
It’s so important to take a daily ‘check in’ with yourself. Step aside from all the monkey mind chatter that keeps you in that ‘rush rush’ kind of way and ‘check in’ with the true you ‘within.’ Remind yourself to go a little deeper and find the real heart of you that is beyond the mind. This connection will give you balance, peace, and calm through out the rest of your day. It takes just a few minutes but can change your day and eventually your week, your month, and your year. Check in with ‘you’ just as you remember to brush your teeth in the morning. Make it a habit.
It’s possible to reach higher vibrations instantly through creativity, inspiration, and your own inner guidance from within. If you’re feeling as if you need an extra boost of vibration listen to music, do some writing, watch a movie. Go to a place that makes you feel good and instantly changes your feelings and thoughts to ones of calm.
There are so many wonderful experiences that can help you to create an instant positive vibration. How do you know what they are? By how you feel. When you think about what gives you a lift in life…THAT is the place to go for a while. But remember that when you go there, that you stay there for a while. Don’t get caught up in what you should be doing or what you may be worrying about…just stay ‘in the zone’ for a while and get those vibrations of the positive into a higher and higher level of vibration…what a wonderful place to ‘be.’
How do you expand your own thinking beyond where you are? You use your imagination. Your imagination is limitless. It is the closest connection to your very spirit. It doesn’t limit from others, a past, fear, or your own belief. Imagination takes you beyond the limits of the physical world and that is how we create beyond our wildest dreams.
Think about how good it feels to think beyond the limits? You know what I mean. How about when you are envisioning what you want your life to be and you really get into it, figuring out every little corner of the world you’re traveling and all the places you will see and experience. Your mind goes beyond what your life is currently doing and gets ‘caught up’ in the very essence and excitement of it all. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling? Isn’t it great to know that those thoughts, that imagination is creating a new tomorrow for you and improving your present? Your imagination is now creating a connection and vibration to what you truly want to experience and by going beyond your current life, you just created another vibration of unlimited possibilities…I’m telling you…you are good at this!
