Find all kinds of activities that will make you regularly laugh and smile.  Go outside and find something in nature that inspires you and puts the feeling of awe in your heart.  Play games, read a book, laugh at a movie, enjoy family and friends, and just smile.  Make a day of finding things that give you that happy feeling.  Get that vibration of love and joy in your life now and let the Universe hear and see your new way of looking at things.  Your life will begin to take a turn for the positive.  The more you focus on the positive, the more it will be in your life.   Laugh, rinse, repeat!

Yesterday was quite a day.  I took Dad to the doctor for a spur of the moment appointment.  He’s eighty two years old.  He says his mind feels thirty years old but his body is not cooperating.  He’s now back on antibiotics and happy that Mom forced him to go in.  We’ve been through this before but last time he waited until his infection had gone to the bone and he ended up in the hospital.  We got him to the doctor yesterday and he’s feeling great.  I thank the Universe everyday for giving me my wonderful parents.  And I am so glad they live with us so we can keep an eye on them.  They keep Lee and I laughing and appreciating life.

When you meet someone,  make an effort to see their true self.  Make an effort to remark on others based on their inner beauty and spirit and don’t buy into remarking about their outer appearance.  The outer appearance doesn’t matter to the eternal self.  Speak from your own eternal self and speak to their eternal self.  Step away from the normal thoughts that most people comment on about beauty.  Beauty truly does come from within.

Taking a day off today and going to see a movie with Lee and Peanut.  I think Lee goes for the popcorn as much as he does the movie.  Peanut and I will probably see a ‘kiddie’ movie and Lee will take our other daughter to the ‘big kiddie’ movie.  Love spending time with my family.

Why is it when we are doing something that we are always thinking about the next thing?  Take note of when you are in the moment and you wish you were somewhere else.  When this happens find appreciation for where you are at that very moment.  Enjoy and savor what you are doing right now.  Get involved in the moment instead of wishing for the next thing.  This is the art of appreciating the moment and living in the now.

Time for me to go ring the ‘wake up’ bell.  The house is very quiet and Peanut has school this morning.  I don’t even hear the coffee grinder.  Off I go to get everyone started.  Lee and I are recording audio lockers for our Law of Attraction Boot Camp students today.  A full day of joy…just like I like it.

How do you feel about your everyday tasks?  Do you complain or resent having to do them?  Make an effort to stop finding fault in your daily tasks.  Make the decision to practice being grateful for the opportunity to do the task.   Be joyful in the smallest things in life even those pesky chores at home or at work.  Be joyful as you greet people in your life each day.  Make a conscious choice to be joyful no matter how someone may react to your joy.  When all the complaining stops,  things in your life will begin to look up.  You will have created a new vibration of joy and gratefulness and your life will reflect just that.

Peanut and I had a great day yesterday.  We went to lunch and took her to the toy store to find some Zsu Zsu hamster toys.  She was so excited!  When she got home she let them all loose.  They were rolling all over the floor in all different directions and our cat went crazy.  He didn’t know which one to chase.  I love to see a toy that gives Peanut (and Donkey) so much joy!

I’ve started the sequel to my fiction novel ‘And Then They Were.’  The response to the book has been overwhelming.  I appreciate your words so much!  I enjoyed writing a novel.  I am also happy that the message within the book wasn’t missed.  Many of you said it keeps you thinking and that is just what I wanted to hear.  Much love to you all and have an incredible day!

Every day and every moment we have a choice.  We can be willing to see the magic of life or we can shut it out so it can’t be seen.  Why do people want to ignore the magic?  It is usually because they are afraid of being unrealistic or possible gullible.  Living life in fear of being unrealistic or gullible is a disappointing way to live, don’t you think?  Many let fears, especially fears of being hurt, keep them from having a life full of wonder and joy.  Live life through open eyes.  The magic of the Universe is sitting right in front of your eyes right now.  Don’t turn away from the joy of living.  Do and be what you want to be.  Don’t let feelings of vulnerability keep you from seeing the truly positive Universe.

My dad cracks me up.  He walks in with a ten dollar bill and asks, when I go to town, if I could pick up a few things.  I say, “Sure” and he hands me the ten dollars and his list.  On his list is as follows;  Big bag of rice for his outside birds, poop pills…the red ones, two Milky Ways for when he needs them, can of peaches for Mom, whipping cream for his waffles, some pimento loaf without green olives, brown buttons for his pants because the top button wore out and popped off (I’m sure that has nothing to do with the Milky Way bars!), and a pack of black socks…not white ones…they get dirty too fast.   He says, “Thank you” and toddles back to his room.  Ten dollars and a list (all in detail) of about thirty dollars worth:  priceless!  :)

When you find you are comparing yourself to others, do your best to catch yourself at it.  When you become aware that you are doing this you will find that it is nothing more than a habit.  Any habit can be broken.  When you compare yourself, stop, and then find a better feeling thought that doesn’t involve comparing yourself to someone else. You don’t have to do better or be better than someone else.  You only have you to be concerned about and if someone has something you desire, then create it into your own world through your own thoughts.

Personal consulting day.  We have quite a few phone consults today so off I go to get my coffee and get my mind clear. :)

If you get the chance, head over to the website.  It had a facelift! :) Beth and Lee’s Website here!

Use your personal beliefs and values for how you feel about yourself and your life.  In other words ask yourself, “Am I happy with my life?” instead of “I’m not as good as my brother.”  Do you see the difference?  Only make choices and thoughts based on you and not on someone else.

I’m off to the studio for more fun!  Have a wonderful day!

Sometimes we can get caught up in the thoughts of what we want and forget about how important it is to be grateful for what is in life at this very moment.  We get excited about how wonderful life is and forget to appreciate the good times or we get so down on the thought of the life we don’t want that we forget to appreciate what there is in life to appreciate now.    Finding the little joys and appreciating life no matter what you may be currently experiencing  will create vibrations that will go into the Universe and bring you more to enjoy and be grateful for.  Not only that…you will feel better.   Focusing on the positive of life always feels better.

Another blue sky winter day.  That is something to be grateful for!  We have our family breakfast this morning full of homemade biscuits, bacon, and eggs and then a game of checkers with Peanut.  Then off to writing and finishing up some projects before the work week begins.  Such a beautiful day…

Are you making a decision based on the fact that everyone else is doing it?  If it is moral and harms none then move forward with the decision based on how you feel and not because everyone else is doing it.  You are unique and you have a unique vibration.  Use it to your benefit!

I’m amazed what happens to people when we have a few clear days in winter.  It seems to be a renewal of the spirit.  People smiling and enjoying the weather and children playing and jumping around like little spring lambs.  Even my parents.  Dad and Mom were up bright and early this morning.  Dad can hardly stand to “waste the beautiful days.”  He’s heading to the local garden center to get a headstart.

Even the birds seem to sing more brightly.  The world has woke up this morning and I’m loving it. :)

Get rid of thoughts that are condemning or put downs.  If you put someone or something down immediately change the thought to one of appreciation.  If you don’t like what they may have to say, step back, and just appreciate who they are.  When you are able to remove your judgment it brings you ‘in the now’ of a moment and you have corrected your judgment of another.

Dad decided to go ahead with a garden and he went to town and picked up broccoli seedlings.  He toddled out to the garden area with his sunhat, sunblock on his nose, and kneepads in hand.  He planted his plants, came inside, and smiled a very content smile.  I’m glad he decided to plant a garden this year.  It does more than he’ll ever know for his spirit.

It’s okay to change your end result of what you desire.  You may decide that you really want a certain result and immediately you are sending out a vibration of “I want this, YES!”  If you start envisioning and it doesn’t feel like ‘yes’ anymore than fine tune until it feels like a ‘yes I want this.’  Each moment that you align with the ‘yes’ thought brings you in alignment with what you focus on.  You can begin again and again until it feels right to you and then you can continue envisioning from that new focus.  It is a never ending cycle.  There is always something more to create in your life.  Enjoy the process and say YES!

We woke up to a crystal clear blue sky.  What a beautiful sight in the winter time!  Taking a walk will feel refreshing today. :)

Everyone at one time or another have thoughts where they feel as if they’re not good enough.  All the different views of what others say through body language or verbally can make someone think that maybe they  just don’t hold up to others, who seem to be much better at something.  They begin to tear themselves apart and wonder if they will ever feel good about who they are?  If you ever feel this way remember we all came from the same source, the Universe.  We are all just as important, just as great, and just as kind as the next person.  All you have to do is reach within and find those things and bring them to light.  It starts with you and realizing that you are a treasured spirit in this Universe.  Each of us take different paths but it doesn’t make one person more important than another.  Accepting yourself for who you are with all your unique abilities is what you should do whether you consider them weaknesses or strengths.  Just because someone in your life made you feel a certain way, you can change how you feel about yourself.  Accept yourself…you are one of the beautiful spirits that shines in this world.

What a crack up!  Dad has been watching the sheep races the last few days.  It is when a little child gets up on a sheep and they see how long they can hang on before they fall off.  You can hear Dad laughing uproariously in his room at how determined the little kids are to hang on.   I’m glad it brings him so much joy.

Really knowing who you are within requires quiet time.  Time alone is one of the most important times for you to create your world.   The stillness in your mind creates ideas to come into your reality and be born.   It may take a little time but don’t let the time delay keep you from understanding that there is a connection between quiet time and the creativity that you experience a little later on.

Finishing up my consults and then Lee and I are off to town for lunch and errands.  Have a wonderful day everyone!

Do you make judgments about others because of what you seem to think is normal?  Look at everyone as one in the same in the Universe.  No one is better than another and no one is any more important.  We all come in spirit with different sizes and life conditions but we are all just as important to this Universe. Who decided that normal was what society thinks?   Just be the best ‘you’ that you can be.  That is all that is required to live and create.

I’ll be working on personal and prescient consults today.  I get in my quiet place in the house and relax my mind and then I get to tapping my computer keyboard and there you have it…consults finished! When I prepare for consults I stay at home to have the quiet.  The studio is a busy place and it’s easier for me to have space to myself to focus.  My quiet space has ‘see through’ doors overlooking the mountains.  It gives me a sense of having the Universe to myself…seeing the beauty and feeling the stillness.  A perfect place for connecting and consulting. :)

My grandma was the cook for twenty four men back in the day.  She would make breakfast and once it was eaten up she’d be starting on lunch, all the while smiling as she cooked.  She used to sit over her stove and stir whatever delectable food she was cooking for the day humming a little tune.  Her kids would come in and give her a hug or her husband would come in complaining about the bills and the whole time she kept stirring her pot.  The chaos of everyday life  from a farmhand’s broken hand to a call from her sister didn’t phase her as she went back to her stirring.

“Doesn’t it upset you, Ma?” her daughter asked one day.

“All these people getting upset and all the running around?”  Grandma just smiled and kept stirring.  “You see, this pot is very important. It holds all my dreams and thoughts of life and I’m not going to let anyone mess that up so…I keep stirring. If I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off I would be stirring a whole different kind of pot.”

“Does it really work, Ma?”  Grandma smiled and said, “I got you didn’t I?” and she kept stirring.

Keep stirring no matter what is going on around you because your pot of dreams will stew to perfection.

I woke up to a box of candy and a homemade Valentine card from Lee.  On the front of the card it said, “Happy V.D.”…my husband and his sense of humor.  Gotta love him! :)

Don’t let a day go by without laughing.  Make a date each week or even each day to make an effort to laugh.  The benefits from laughter can create a vibration of pure joy into your life and those pure joy vibrations can help illness and conditions in your life.  It feels good to let out an all out uncontrolled big laugh fest.  Do some laughing today!

Lee and I have an LOA meeting on the coast today so off we go.  Have an incredible day!

Whatever you feel that you want to do in this life is your eternal self within urging you to listen and act on what you feel.  As long as it doesn’t harm or interfere with someone else’s dream, the inner voice is directing you on a path to your very heart.  Each of us hears a different sound of our purpose.  We must allow others to find their sound in life even if it sounds a bit off to us and we should expect the same from them.

We had such a good time with our boys yesterday.  Lee has friends over in Denmark and we created a family music video for them.  We had enchiladas for dinner and Peanut made banana pudding with vanilla wafers for dessert.  We all stayed up late to catch up on everybody’s lives until next time.  I’m so grateful for my children and all the joy they bring to our lives.

Many focus on what they think is wrong in this world and they try to get all of us to do the same so that all we see are the imperfections of the world.  Then there are those that say, “Look at the wonderful imperfections of this world and how unique we all are.” These are met with skeptics telling them how wrong it is to think that imperfections are wonderful.  There really are no imperfections in this world.  It is man that decided what is normal and not, what is perfect and not.  That is not the word of the Universe.  The Universe created everything as perfect as can be with all its imperfections.

We’ll be working this morning and then our boys will be coming out for dinner.  A good day for sure.  Guess I’ll be cooking some enchiladas for dinner.  Any takers? :)

Take a few minutes of every day to appreciate what is around you.  Appreciate the home you have to live in no matter how big or small it may be.  Thank the Universe for your wonderful home and that you have shelter.  Give thanks for where you live and the people that you live with. Your vibration of gratitude will ensure that you always have a home full of appreciation and gratitude.

I woke up to every animal that you could imagine around here.  The chicken was clucking at our French doors, the cat was meowing at our bedroom door, and the birds were going wild in the trees.  What a great way to wake up, the creatures of this Universe excited about the new day. We could learn a thing or two from them, don’t you think?

When working, find something that you love to do.  Find what you enjoy.  Find the job that makes it all worthwhile for you. Envision enjoying your work whatever it may be and the Universe will take care of all the details in bringing you what you have visualized.  And if you are at a job that you don’t care for, find what you do enjoy about it.  Between your feelings of gratefulness and your visualization of your dream job you will make the transition from the job you have to go to and the job you have envisioned an easy shift.

A slight rain today with a half sun/half clouds in the sky.  Oregon has the most beautiful cloud formations I have ever seen.  When we lived in southern California the sky just wasn’t as picturesque as here.  And the rainbows in Oregon are usually full arcs of every color…amazing!
