
You are whatever habit you have. You become what you repeatedly do. So thinking and feeling positive, thinking and feeling abundance, thinking and feeling good about yourself are all habits. Create a habit that you enjoy and get rid of the habits you no longer want. Everything you do in repetitive form is just a habit. You can break habits and make habits…pick which ones that will make your life into the life you desire.
What? A day full of no appointments or phone calls? We have catch up work in the studio but otherwise we are free sailing today! I really love our work but it is always nice to have a day that has that kickback feeling to it and today is one of those days. Sometimes I get wrapped up in the feelings and thoughts of ‘have to get it all done’ until I realize that I can ‘feel’ the kickback feeling everyday and still get it all done. The mind is an amazing tool…how easy it is to change a habit when you put your mind to it. :)
