The only limitations we have in life are those we set for ourselves. When you can remove your limiting beliefs you really can achieve anything. Anything is possible when you are able to lift the thoughts of limitations from your own belief system.
I’ll be working in the studio this morning and then taking Peanut to her art class. After that we’ll be off on errands in town. Dad and Mom will be staying here and ‘watching’ the garden. 
All day long you are making affirmations. When you tell yourself all day long what needs to be done you are affirming what you want and don’t want. And with a little intentional thought you can change your life through affirming what you want your life to be. As often as you repeat a particular thought within yourself you can create positive life affirming thoughts that will change your life.
Affirmations are one of the keys and powerful ways to create alignment for what you want to attract in your own life.
Another beautiful day full of sunshine! I talked to all my siblings yesterday. I have two brothers and a sister. I am the youngest of the group. It was nice to be able to just sit and chat. Mom and Dad enjoy talking to everyone as well. My Dad loves to hear how my brother is having problems with squirrels in his yard so that he can give his advice on how to keep them out of the garden. The simple things make my parents so happy! If we all could just keep that in mind and realize there is true happiness in everything…it is all in how you look at it.
When making choices and following your path, do something because it feels right and not because it makes sense. You want to follow that inner voice within and not the logical mind trying to make sense of it all. Step back and think,” How do I feel about this choice?” Then listen and feel. Do you feel scared? If you do that is not the true answer within because the inner voice never works through fear. It is the logical mind that gives you that feeling. If you feel joyous and free with your choice then that is your inner voice and follow that impulse.
It’s a beautiful day without a cloud in the sky and the temperature is perfect! I think I’ll be outside with my laptop today. Peanut lives outside. She is building a fort and the cats keep knocking it down.
When Lee and I travel, we leave Peanut home some of the time. She loves being home and she has a wonderful sister and grandparents to keep an eye on her. I am thankful for my family.
For hundreds of years people have been hurting one another arguing about whose religion is right. Everyone thinks that they are the one that know the true God. God, or the Universe as we call it, expresses through your physical body. You are an extension of the Universe. The Universe has many beliefs and every one of them is right…and wrong. It is all in how you decide to live your beliefs. Your belief may work for you but it may not work for another. If you have a word or an action that feels right and good to you and you are allowing others to think as they think, the flow of your life flows easily. But if you decide you are the only one who is right and everyone else is wrong then you have created resistance in your own life. Allow others to be and think who they are just like you would want in your own life. The more you let go of your judgments and thoughts that you are right you will find a much easier flow.
Lee and I will be recording quite a bit today for many different things. We will be recording the private lockers for our Law of Attraction Boot Camp, one of our video visits, and RADIO LOA. Peanut will be with Grandma and Grandpa today working in the garden and sitting outside enjoying the sun.

Don’t worry even when the worst seems to be occurring. Always think positive. Shift your focus to the positive of the situation. If you can’t find the positive, know that it is there. See an end result that is pleasing to you in the midst of what you may be going through. That positive thinking will get you through and build positive futures for you and your family.
We had a great time at our LOA gathering yesterday. There is nothing like being around like minded individuals that are eager to learn and experience.
When we were coming home from the gathering we heard the news about Michael Jackson. We are sending love and good thoughts to his family.
The Universe takes care of how your dreams will come to you so do your best to be aware of the opportunities and never underestimate how it comes. Don’t underestimate the difference it can make to meet someone with a piece of your life’s puzzle even if you don’t see how they could be holding that piece. Anyone could be holding a piece of your life’s puzzle…anyone.
We’re heading out for one of our ‘intimate LOA gatherings’ today. It’s so much fun to see other people and how their own lives have changed because of intentional creating and positive thought. It is such a joy to do the work we do…I’m so grateful for that.
Every morning you have a choice. You can open your arms to the Universe allowing new people, new ideas, and new experiences to come into your life, and if the feeling is good, bring you closer to your life’s purpose and authentic self, or you can go through the days… asleep in life. Choose to wake up with open arms and an open heart.
I’m taking Mom and the girls into town today. Lee will be working in the studio getting paperwork together for the LOA and Positive Thought Retreat together and we prepare for more meetings. Mom doesn’t get out too much without Dad and she sometimes just needs to get away so we are her escape pod today. We’ll take her to J.C.Penney’s, Peanut to Build a Bear, and head to a few department stores to find Peanut a dress for her first Broadway play she will be going to. It will be a car full of estrogen!
Just envision what you want. Listen to what your heart says and focus on that. Don’t get distracted by the logical mind telling you that it isn’t possible. Listen to your heart. You never know when just one step in one way is actually the step directly toward your goal. Make sure to trust the Universe and know that your goal of all the things that you want is being taken care of.
We’ll be getting some work done this morning and then off we go to take Peanut to the movies. She’s having a great summer and is enjoying everything around her. She’s looking forward to art class at the end of the month. She loves drawing and taking photographs. She’ll be outside for hours at a time with her digital camera taking photos of everything. It is the cutest thing to see her sitting up in an apple tree with both cats perched beside her. She says she has a hard time drawing up there because the cats get pushy to be petted. What a joy she is!
Do you have a clear image of what you want? Do you have such a passion within for something in particular? That passion is inspiration and nothing can get you what you want in your life quicker than that feeling of what is within you. Get a clear image of what you want and let the Universe take care of the how it will come. Continue to find inspiration within your clear image. Live it, breathe it, and expect it.
Are you making yourself do something that you don’t want to do? This isn’t living from inspiration. Find a way to live from the heart, the inspiration within you, and you will attract all that you want.
Lee and I are going to be in the studio today recording RADIO LOA. The studio has many windows and you can see the hummingbirds drinking out of the feeders as we record. There has got to be over twenty hummingbirds diving in and out for food. It is quite a show when we’re recording the radio show!
It is only your perspective that makes you different from everyone else. We are all a part of the same Universe but our individuality comes from our different perspectives of life. You are special and unique because of your perceptions through your thoughts and feelings. One perception is not better than another. Just different…just as it should be.
Whether you are a dad or someone who ‘acts’ as a dad (and that is including any woman as well) or you are honoring a dad that has passed on… Happy Father’s Day! We’re having our usual big breakfast and then this afternoon will celebrate with spagetti and meatballs, BBQ chicken, and yellow cake with pecan and chocolate frosting. We combined all of what all the dads love to eat and are making a big meal out of it all.

Have you ever had that feeling that lies deep in your soul that tells you there’s an easier way? That there’s something you just haven’t figured out and once you do, everything that you have envisioned, will come into physically being? It’s true. There is an easier way. There always is. Focus on what is your end result of your goal and see it happen with ease. See ease and the Universe will bring you what you envision with ease.
I’m looking forward to celebrating Father’s Day with Dad and Lee. Both are wonderful dads and deserve the best!! Peanut bought them both a gift but she also made them a present as well. The home crafted gifts are the ones that everyone goes ‘gaga’ over. She has been pressing all different kinds of flowers but is keeping it secret what she is doing with them. What a thoughtful little soul!
There are many truths in the world. Some truth is right for one and some truth is right for another. How do you figure it out? By what makes you feel good and comfortable in your thoughts. If you feel uncomfortable and uneasy about a certain truth then maybe it isn’t for you. There is a contrast for every truth. So what truth do you decide to focus on? Do you focus on the truth of abundance or the truth of poverty? Do you focus on the truth of war or the truth of peace? Do you focus on the truth of another or the truth that you find on your own? Do what makes you feel the way you want your beliefs to be.
Thank you to all of you wishing Dad an eighty-first birthday yesterday. It brought his spirit up so much! He was just a bit melancholy yesterday because he has had many friends and family pass on this year so when his birthday rolled around there weren’t as many phone calls and birthday cards. I took all the well wishes to him from Facebook and our e-mails and printed them out to show him that there are people that are friends to him that he doesn’t even know…and it worked. He opened all his gifts and we gave him all the birthday comments. He read each one and then began to cry…it made him so happy to know that people reached out to him. Thank you for that everyone! He is now sitting in his garden with his new birthday statuary reading his new book with a smile on his face and in his step!
It is your right to live your dreams. The Universe (God) created the Law of Attraction to give you the power within yourself to manifest that life. You are attracting things to you because they are already yours because it is your divine right. The Universe gave the LOA to you. The Universe is supporting and encouraging you. The Universe gave this to you…now go and intentionally create!
It’s Dad’s eighty-first birthday today!! We’ll be having dinner in because his legs just aren’t what they used to be. He asked for steaks and apple pie for dinner so I am happy to oblige. So what do you buy a man who really doesn’t care too much about stuff? Can’t go wrong buying him puzzles, books, and anything for his garden so we did it all. He keeps his mind active that is for sure. Happy Birthday Dad!
Did you know that you are the only one that can deny you of anything? You are the only one denying through your own feelings of resistance what you want. Sure you may say, “What? My boss can deny me more hours!” It is the vibration that is within you that is asking and aligning with the resistance of wanting more hours. Release and let go of any attachments to feeling as if you are being denied. Focus on the opposite and you will find that your denial will be no more.
Peanut has a friend coming over today so it will BBQ chicken and hot dogs for dinner. It is her very best friend and we get together as often as we can but now that we moved it takes a lot of planning since we live quite a ways a way from one another. Peanut keeps coming in and asking, “Is it time to pick her up?” She is excited to see her kindred soul of a friend. I suppose the Jacuzzi will be going most of the day if I know those little girls!! Probably a few chocolate chips cookie crumbs to clean out as well!
It is always the right moment to be positive. If you could only focus on one thing to change your life, pick positivity. You can choose to be positive in any situation or choose to worry in any situation. When you choose to be positive you will be attracting and aligning other things to give you more positive experiences. When you choose to worry you are attracting and aligning things to give you more to worry. In every single moment you have the choice to pick. You have the choice to pick even in a situation that seems less than positive. Deal with the situation but know that through positivity you can make those situations that seem less positive fade away in your present and future.
Okay…now read the above paragraph again and replace the word positive or positivity with happy or happiness…it works just the same!
We have the ‘big’ meeting today for the retreat. If you don’t know what I am talking about, I’ll give you a brief sketch. Lee and I are very excited that one of our true dreams is manifesting which is a retreat for like minded individuals to go and enjoy and relax with all the amenities. Lectures, musical program, theatre, counseling, meditation, shopping, and great food. What more could you ask for?! It will be on twenty beautiful acres and can’t wait for you to join us. Right now we are in the financing and land use stage and all is going just as visualized…What a Universe!
Do you ever sit around and worry about someone? Maybe your children or maybe a friend or even yourself? Did you know that worrying is not a form of love? You can’t worry about someone and love them at the same time. Many people think that worrying about someone means that they are loving them. They think because they have feelings of love for someone that worrying about them is an act of love. Nothing could be farther from the truth of love. When you love someone you love them and let them create their own world. You trust in their decisions and you just imagine the best for them. You can support whoever is going through an experience but worry only begets more to worry about for you and that person you love. Trust in the Universe for them and for you. If you begin to have worry about someone shift your focus to the good that you want to come to them instead. Now THAT is loving someone.
It’s going to be a beautiful day…lots of thoughts to create from and lots of people to enjoy and that is including you! Have a day full of positive surprises from the Universe.
When you are with someone remember that you are not going to change them by giving them your opinions of how to live their life. When you’re sitting around talking with your family or friends and you think you know what is right for them, before you decide to tell them…think. Remember that just because something may work for you doesn’t mean that it may work for them. Always propose instead of dictate. If they think what you suggest will work for them they will use it and will be happy that you suggested it but if you dictate then they may resent you for it. It is always in how you speak and if they don’t want your advice then just love them for who they are and not for what they do. Even if your suggestion is exactly what they should be doing, it is their life.
We’ll be recording RADIO LOA today and then answering e-mail questions. Peanut and I will be baking some muffins to take to a neighbor she will be visiting and then I’m going to sit down and read a book. We receive quite a few books asking for review in the magazine so we pick through and find what might work for the Indicator. There are many incredible books out there that deserve attention with a truth that rings true. It’s exciting to find another gem of a book in the pile.
Think on this…each and every thought and action you have that you focus on with intention emits into the Universe and anyone who is thinking and feeling just like you will feel the effect. You align with others that are of like mind. What you do affects others just like what they do affects you. If you are focusing on love and happiness you are emitting vibrations that affect others and of course affect you. If you are focusing on the negative you are doing the same thing.
It isn’t just about you…it is about everyone…we are all connected and in this experience of life together. What you think and act upon can fuel another person who is feeling just as you do…is your brain hurting yet?! It is all amazing isn’t it…the Universal dance.
We had such a great time yesterday at the Alsea Falls. We were able to get right down to the water and sit and enjoy as we filmed. Each and every one of us is sore from the long hike back but it was worth it for such a beautiful view and a wonderful connection.

It is not possible to control every thought that you have. Just pay attention to how you are feeling. If you happen to choose a thought that doesn’t feel right, that makes you feel as if you are upset or frustrated, you are not in balance or alignment with what you are wanting in your life. Your feeling is making you aware of what you don’t want. When you begin to feel just a little off in the negative zone, direct your thought to something that feels better and it will put you on the right path to what you want in life. Your feeling helps you understand if you are on your way to having what you have been envisioning. Feel bad then shift your attention to something that feels better and it will put you back on the path you intend. Feeling good tells you that you are on the right path!
Heading out to Alsea Falls today. We’re taking a picnic and filming a LOA video lecture from there. What a beautiful place it is! The waterfalls are peaceful and there are many little pools to play in for Peanut. Our ‘crew’ is coming with us which is going to be so much fun!
The staff at Guy Finley’s Life of Learning Foundation sent us a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies that we have packed in the trunk. Hopefully they make it to the Falls with us…the cookies are extremely addictive! Thank you everyone at the Life of Learning Foundation for thinking of us!
