Doubt breeds fear. Anytime you have doubt you are beginning to create some kind of fear within. And fear creates mental and physical ‘freezing.’ You’re not able to move forward. Fear creates a paralysis within you. When you are visualizing and focusing on the life you desire you can’t have any mention of doubt. If you want a beautiful wonderful future you have to let go of fear. And when you have fear or doubt and you put a faith or a belief into the mix, self contradiction is then created within your own unconscious mind.
Yes it’s Sunday here in Oregon so you know what that means…big family breakfast and a lot of sitting around. 
I can smell the bacon and biscuits wafting from the kitchen. I love the smell of bacon but I don’t eat it. I will have a biscuit with some marionberry jam though!
