Begin to believe that a good life is naturally yours.  It is not something that you have to earn or pay for.  You deserve a wonderful life no matter what your past.  Just by being born into this physical world is enough.  You are a wonderful human being who deserves the best, just like everyone else.   Act ‘as if’ you have a life full of wonderful experiences and your ‘as if’ will turn into your reality.  A good life is yours…

I’m having one of those ‘inner’ days.  You know…the days where you feel silence is important, where all you can hear is your breath, and everything around you seems muted.  Good day for insights and inner work especially with the beautiful weather and the smell of lilacs out on the porch.  I think I’m heading outdoors to ‘commune’!
