Is this really a part of the Law of Attraction? In a way, yes. When you are run down and over working your logical mind tries to take it all over and begins to think rundown and more negative. When you listen to your body and take a break when needed or get some much needed rest you are helping your body to be at its best. This is one of the responsibilities of having a physical vessel. Taking care of it the best we can. By making an effort to get enough sleep you are sending out vibrations to the Universe stating, “I care about my self” and that will bring you more health and well being.
Today we’ll be recording personal lockers for our Law of Attraction Boot Campers. LOA Boot Camp is a great informative class for anyone interested in the Law of Attraction with some personal coaching. So much fun to teach the LOA and beyond the LOA. I love my job!
