It’s not true that you have to struggle and go through pain to grow spiritually.  As long as you keep your eyes open and are aware of recurring patterns in your life and understand and learn from them with ease, you will grow without struggle or pain.  Be aware of what the Universe is telling you.

 

Yesterday, in between meetings and such, I went and picked up the fabric for Peanut’s costume.  As some of you know, for many years, I was a costume designer.  That is how I met Lee.  We were both working on a movie together.  I enjoy designing so the one thing I make time for every year is designing Peanut’s costume.  Usually she picks something unusual and I go on the search for fabric and embellishments.  I’ve made a Hogwart’s student, an Egyptian queen, Puss n Boots, a mermaid, Shirley Temple, and the list goes on for little Peanut.  This year…drum roll…okay maybe not drum roll because she has gone with something simple this year.  She’s wants to be…our cat.   Our cat Donkey is all black with one white toe.  So nice and easy.  I picked up all black crushed panne’ fabric.  I love using a different fabric other than fur because Peanut gets hot very easily so I go with something light and comfortable.  Now I’ll figure out WHEN to create the costume.  Wonder where I put the sewing machine? :)
