It’s important not to be attached to your desire.  Begin by taking one little thing that you feel attached to and just for the day imagine that you are not attached to it with your feelings.  Observe yourself and see what habits you may be attached to.  You don’t have to give up the little thing, just your attachment to it whether it is a habit or a repetitive thought.  When you can be happy with or without it you will be free and you can have it in your life without being controlled and attached to it. Your desire comes to you when you have found the balance of knowing and expecting the end result and then not putting anything but joy toward it.  When you hang on to it with negative expectation, you are attached, needing your desire.  But when you joyously know and trust in the Universe and keep living life through balance and joyous expectation you are no longer ‘controlled’ by the feelings of negative ‘attached’ to your desire.   Let the attachment go and you will be surprised how quickly things begin to change.

We’re recording in the studio today and also stopping by to see how the movie trailer is coming along.  It actually felt like a autumn morning with the cool crisp air.  The heat wave broke and we are back to mild temperatures for awhile.  I had unusual animal sightings during my meditation.  We have red breasted robins always combing the meadow for bugs and worms so there were many of them.  But when I got to the little cabin at the end of the meadow to mediate I wasn’t alone.  There was the white owl hooting, the birds singing, and then the rustle in the nearby bushes.  I believe it was a bobcat.  Can’t be sure but that is what it felt like.  We are like a wildlife habitat out here!
